Claims (3)

1. Ensemble comprenant un mécanisme de jugulaire et un casque de protection (1) comportant une enveloppe (2) d'une seule pièce agissant conjointement, ledit ensemble comprenant une jugulaire (5) formée d'une seule pièce, une extrémité de ladite jugulaire (5) étant attachée à l'enveloppe du casque (2) et l'autre extrémité de la jugulaire (5) portant un boucle ajustable (15) comprenant une patte en forme de lamelle (14) pourvue d'un siège d'accouplement (13) pouvant s'engager dans un élément d'accouplement (12) prévu dans un levier (10) qui coopère avec un ressort (16) et forme avec celui-ci un méchanisme de fermeture à fermoir (9) enfermé dans un réceptacle (8) ouvert vers l'extérieur faisant partie intégrante de l'enveloppe du casque (2) sur une partie latérale de ce dernier, le réceptacle (8) ouvert vers l'extérieur comportant des côtés opposés s'étendant transversalement par rapport à l'extension de ladite partie latérale et une paroi évidée vers l'arrière s'étendant à peu prés parallèlement à ladite extension de la partie latérale, le réceptacle (8) ouvert vers l'extérieur étant contenu dans la dimension d'épaisseur de la doublure intérieure du casque (7), caractérisé en ce que l'une des extrémités de la jugulaire (5) est munie d'une boucle (4) pouvant être fixée à une partie saillante (3) prévue sur l'enveloppe du casque (2), à l'intérieur, dans la doublure du casque (7) et en ce que ledit élément d'accouplement (12) du levier (10) est dévié par l'action du ressort (16) vers ladite paroi évidée vers l'arrière, ledit levier (10) étant capable de se dégager de la patte en forme de lamelle (14) sous l'effet d'une traction qui est exercée sur elle et qui provoque le déplacement dudit élément d'accouplement (12) vers l'extérieur du réceptacle (8).

Ensemble suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ledit levier (10), dans sa position de repos, est disposé à l'intérieur dudit réceptacle (8) ouvert vers l'extérieur, substantiellement dans l'alignement par rapport à l'enveloppe d'une seule pièce du casque (2), et est monté sur pivot à l'aide d'un moyen d'articulation (11) entre lesdits côtés opposés du réceptacle (8) ouvert vers l'extérieur, le levier comportant des cames (17) disposées latéralement et une arête angulaire de guidage (18), formée dans l'intervalle, qui constitue l'élément d'accouplement sous la forme d'un taquet (12) ayant une configuration inclinée.
3. Ensemble suivant la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le ressort (16) est disposé sur la paroi évidée vers l'arrière dudit réceptacle (8) ouvert vers l'extérieur, en face et en coopération par rapport aux cames (17), de manière à faire dévier le. taquet (12) vers ladite paroi évidée vers l'arrière lorsque l'ensemble est en position fermée.
