Die Vielseitigkeit der Anwendung und die rationelle Arbeitsweise der Einrichtung nach vorliegender Erfindung ergeben sich insbesondere dadurch, daß der Aufnahmetisch relativ zur Transportvorrichtung höhenverstellbar ausgebildet ist, daß die positioniervorrichtung und die Presse als Ganzes höhenverstellbar sind, so daß eine Anpassung an automatische Zuführeinrichtungen vorgenommen werden kann, daß der Übergang der auf dem Aufnahmetisch befindlichen (mit Klebstoff versehenen) Kartonteile in die presse vollautomatisch erfolgen kann, und daß die positionierung der Kartonteile durch auf dem Arbeitstisch stufenlos verschiehbare und festlegbare Anschläge auf einfachste Weise erreichbar ist, so daß eine Einstellung auf unterschiedliche Dimensionen von unterschiedlichen Kartonzuschnitten lediglich durch Verschieben der Begrenzungsanschläge erzielt werden kann. Hierfür eignen sich besonders Magnetanschläge, die auf dem Aufnahmetisch stufenlos verschiebbar und unabhängig von Führungen und dergl. an jeder beliebigen Stelle des Aufnahmetisches einsetzbar sind. Als zweckmäßig hat sich insbes. herausgestellt, die Magnetanschläge mit Niederhaltern zu versehen, die ein einwandfreies, nachgiebig elastisches Andrücken der Kartonteile gegen die Transportvorrichtung ergeben, so daß ein Sichaufrichten der Kartonteile und damit ein Lösen der Klebestellen unmittelbar nach dem Klebstoffauftrag verhindert wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung besteht im Prinzip aus einer Positioniervorrichtung 1 und einer Presse 2. Beide haben einen gemeinsamen Rahmen 3, der auf Rädern 4, 5 fahrbar ausgebildet ist. Die so vorläufig verklebten Kartonteile 27, 27', 27" werden übereinander gestapelt, dabei exakt aufeinander ausgerichtet und mit Hilf, der Transportvorrichtung 23 bis 26 als gemeinsamer, ausgerichteter Stapel in die Presse 2 übergeführt, indem sie dort von einer Transportvorrichtung 30 übernommen und unter der Preßplatte 31 verpreßt werden. Mit dem vertikalen Schenkel 44 des Armes 41 ist am oberen Ende bei 45 eine Metallfeder 46 befestigt, die vom der Befestigungsstelle 45 nach außen gewölbt istt und deren unteres Ende 47 freiliegt, so daß ein durch die Kartonteile27 ausgeübter Druck der Spannung der jeder 46 entgegenwirkt. Das untere Ende 47 der Feder 46 ist durch einen am Fuß 40 befestigten Anschlag 48 geführt. Die Form der Feder 46 entspricht etwa einer halben Sinuswelle, und die Kartonteile 27 liegen im unteren Teil dieser Wellenform an der jeder an, ao daß die Feder gleichzeitig als Niederhalter für die gegen die Feder gedrückten Kartonteile wirkt, indem die Wellenform der Feder verhindert, daß die Kartonteile 27 sich nach oben bewegen können. Die Magnethalterung 28 ist mit Stromanschlüssen 49, 50 versehen. Der entsprechende Stromkreis wird durch Einachalten dses Stromes geschloasen, wenn der betreffende Magnetanschlag positioniert werden soll, so daß eine einwandfreie Fixierung des Magnetanschlages erreicht wird. Claims (10)

1. Process for gluing and pressing carton blanks, according to which the carton blanks are glued, are aligned, are pressed and are transported to a subsequent processing station, characterlsed in that the carton blanks (27, 27', 27") provided with glue are supplied to a collector station formed as conveying means (23 - 26, 30) variable in height, are positioned directly one above the other at continuously or stepwise adjustable limiting stops (28) on the worktable (22) and are pressed onto the conveying means by holding-down elements (46) so that the pressed glue folder spots will not release, that subsequent to having arranged a predetermined number of stacked carton blanks the conveying means (23 - 26, 30) are operated and the stack of carton blanks (27, 27', 27") is moved on the conveying means, that dependent on the movement of the conveying means the carton blanks subsequent to their arriving at the pressing station (2) are automatically pressed, and that after completing the pressing operation the prcssed blanks are automatically removed from the machine by the conveying means.
2. Device for gluing and pressing carton blanks, f.e. displays, comprising at least a gluing station (29) for the gluing spots of the carton blanks (27a), conveying means (23 - 26, 30) and a pressing station (2) for pressing the glue spots, characterised by at least one positioning station (I) having limiting stops (28), which are continuously or stepwise adjustable on a worktable (22) for aligning and holding down the carton blanks (27, 27',27"), which are atacked directly one above the other, are glued and are folded at the glue spots, conveying means (23 - 26, 30) for moving the glued and aligned carton blanks, a press (2), which takes up the carton blanks (27, 27', 27") from the positioning station (28) and completes pressing the glue spots, common height adjustability of positioning means (1) including the positioning station (28) and of press (2) and controlling the movement of the carton blanks from the positioning device (1) until their leaving press (2).
3. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the conveying means (23 - 26, 30) comprise a plurality of strip-like belts (26) arranged parallel to each other and preferably adjustable in their distance from each other.
4. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the limiting stops (28) are magnetic stops, which are arranged on the worktable (22), are movable in a continuous manner on the worktable and are magnetically positionable on the worktable.
5. Device according to claim 2, characterised in that the limiting stops (28) are mechanically arranged in cut-outs of the worktable (22) and are adjustable in a continuous or in a stepwise manner.
6. Device according to one of claims 2 - 5, characterised in that each limiting stop (28) has releasable holding-down means (46) for the cardboard blanks.
7. Device according to claim 6, characterised in that the holding-down means (46) are provided with a leaf spring, which is fastened with its upper end to a limiting stop (28), the opposite end of which is coordinated to the lower portion of the stop in a loosely guided manner, and the centre portion of which is curved away from the stop.
8. Device according to one of claims 2 - 7, characterised in that a sensor or alternatively a limit switch (39) is coordinated to the worktable and controls the sequence of movements of the conveying means and the press dependent on the position of the carton blanks on the worktable.
9. Positioning means for carton blanks or the like, characterised by adjustable limiting stops (28), preferably magnetic stops, which are continuously movable across the worktable (22) and are positionable, and which are provided each at least with holding-down means for the carton blanks, which holding-down means have a leaf spring fastened to the limiting stop (28), the upper end of said spring being fastened to the limiting stop (28), the opposite end of the spring being coordinated to the lower portion of thß limiting stop in a loosely guided manner, and the centre part (46) of the spring being curved away from the limiting stop.
10. Device according to one of claims 2 - 9, characterised in that it is movable on wheels.
