Claims (5)

1. Kontrollvorrichtung für Nähmaschinen zum Einnähen eines Zwickels in ein Kleidungsstück, mit einer Photozelle (101) zur Feststellung, ob das hergestellte Produkt (3) jeweils auf dem zylindrischen Träger (2) anwesend ist oder nicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine elektronische Lesevorrichtung (104) zum Ablesen einer zylindrischen Maßeinstellung, die auf dem Träger (2) vorgesehen ist, mit einem Speichef ausgestaltet ist, der zum Vergleich der Zahl der Teilungsmarkierungen (103), welche die Maßteilung bilden, die vor der Vorrichtung (104) vorbeitreten, mit den gespeicherten vorgegebenen Größen ausgebildet ist, sowie zur Steuerung des Anhaltens des Trägers (2) nach einer Winkeldrehung, die den gespeicherten vorgegebenen Größen entspricht, und die in jedem Fall größer als 360° ist.
2. Kontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Photozelle (101) übereinstimmend mit der Zuführstation des Zwickels oder einer anderen vorhergehenden Station vorgesehen ist.
3. Kontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Photozelle (101) mit Vorrichtungen ausgerüstet ist, welche die Herbeiführung des aktiven Hubes der Zange (63) gestatten, welche den Zwickel (12) nur in Anwesenheit des hergestellten Produkts (3) auf dem Träger (2) überführt.

Kontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maßteilung durch mehrere Teilungsmarkierungen (103) gebildet ist, die einander gleich und in gleichen Abständen auf einem am Träger (2) befestigten zylindrischen Flansch (102) angeordnet sind, so daß sie von einem Lesesystem festgestellt werden können.
5. Kontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lesevorrichtung (103) übereinstimmend mit der Beschneidestation und der Nähstation vorgesehen ist.
