Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verdichter-Aggregat, bei dem in einem Aggregatgehäuse (9) ein Radialkolbenverdichter (1) und dessen Antriebsmotor (2) gemeinsam auf einer feststehenden, zumindest im Bereich ihres einen Endes hohl ausgebildeten Achse (3) angeordnet sind. Die Achse (3) ist an ihrem einen Ende am Aggregatgehäuse (9) aufgehängt. Um eine Übertragung von Schwingungen und Körperschall des Verdichter-Aggregates nach außen weitgehend zu unterbinden, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Achse (3) mittels eines in deren Hohlraum (5) hineinragenden und mit seinem einen Ende (7) im Hohlraum (5) mit der Achse (3) verbundenen und mit seinem anderen Ende (8) am Aggregatgehäuse (9) befestigten stangenförmigen, elastischen Traggliedes aufgehängt ist. Ein solches Verdichter-Aggregat ist durch die DE-AS 27 10 734 bekannt. Bei diesem Verdichter-Aggregat ist die feststehende Achse starr an dem Aggregatgehäuse aufgehängt. Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe gelingt nach der Erfindung dadurch, daß die Achse mittels eines in deren Hohlraum hineinragenden und mit seinem einen Ende im Hohlraum mit der Achse verbundenen und mit seinem anderen Ende am Aggregatgehäuse befestigten stangenförmigen, elastischen Traggliedes aufgehängt ist. Diese Druckleitung wird dann in ihrer Länge und in ihrem Querschnitt so bemessen, daß sie die zum freien Schwingen notwendige Elastizität aufweist. Das Verdichter-Aggregat besteht aus einem Radialkolbenverdichter 1 und einem Antriebsmotor 2. Der Radialkolbenverdichter 1 und der Antriebsmotor 2 sind auf einer gemeinsamen feststehenden Achse 3 angeordnet. Die feststehende Achse 3 ist an dem verdichterseitigen Ende 4 hohl ausgebildet. In dem Hohlraum 5 der feststehenden Achse 3 ist die von dem Radialkolbenverdichter nach außen führende Druckleitung 6 angeordnet. Mit ihrem einen Ende..7 ist die Druckleitung 6 in dem Hohlraum 5 mit der feststehenden Achse 3 verbunden. Mit ihrem anderen Ende 8 ist die Druckleitüng 6 an einem auf das Aggregatgehäuse 9 aufgesetzten Verteilerkopf 10 befestigt. Die Befestigung an dem Verteilerkopf 10 ist mittels eines Preßkonus .11 durchgeführt. Über dem Verteilerkopf 10 ist eine Kappe 13 auf das'Aggregatgehäuse 9 aufgesetzt, die eine Druckkammer 14 bildet. In diese Druckkammer mündet das Druckrohr 6 mit seinem anderen Ende 8. Ober einen an der Kappe 13 vorgesehenen Druckstutzen 15 kann das verdichtete Gas abgeführt werden. An dem Verteilerkopf 10 ist ferner ein Saugstutzen 16 angeformt, der durch die Wand der Kappe 13 nach außen geführt ist. Der Verteilerkopf 10 weist ferner auf der dem Aggregatgehäuse 9 zugewandten Seite eine von einem Ringflansch 17 umgebene Ansaugöffnung 18 auf. Die feststehende Achse endet an dieser Ansaugöffnung 18. Zwischen dem Ringflansch 17 und dem in diesen Ringflansch hiheinragenden Ende 19 der feststehenden Achse 3 sind Dichtungen 20 eingefügt. Diese Dichtungen dichten die Ansaugöffnung 18 zwar gegenüber dem Innenraum des Aggregatgehäuses 9 ab, lassen aber dennoch eine Dreh- und Pendelbewegung der feststehenden Achse 3 zu. Ober den Hohlraum 5, der mit dem Saugschlitz 21 des Radialkolbenverdichters 1 in Verbindung steht, erfolgt die'Ansaugung des zu verdichtenden Gases.A
Das Druckrohr 6 ist in seiner Länge und in seinem Querschnitt so bemessen, daß es infolge seiner Elastizität horizontale Schwingungen des Verdichter-Aggregates zuläßt.
