Description

The invention relates to containers for liquids, with bellows actuation directed perpendicular to the installation surface for emptying through a mouthpiece opening.

The principle of bellows actuation for emptying containers is known. These are containers in the form of bellows in the shape of cylinders or barrels. Such rotationally symmetrical containers are disadvantageous with regard to the directional accuracy of the mouthpiece opening. If the bellows actuation is not balanced, the mouthpiece opening changes its direction considerably, so that it is more difficult to dispense the contents of the mouth.

The object of the invention is to remedy this situation and to design a generic container in a more advantageous manner in such a way that the bellows actuation is not implemented in a displacement of the mouthpiece opening which adversely falsifies the dispensing direction.

This object is achieved by the invention specified in claim 1.

Die Unteransprüche sind vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen des Behälters gemäß Erfindung. The subclaims are advantageous developments of the container according to the invention.

As a result of such an embodiment, a generic container of particularly increased utility value is created: the mouthpiece The opening is in an area of the container wall that is not included in the bellows actuation. The correspondingly motion-neutral zone is achieved in a simple manner in that the container side walls and the transverse wall opposite the mouthpiece opening, from which a drainage pipe extends to the container bottom, form a bellows which diverges in a V-shape in the direction of the transverse wall in the region of the side walls. The V-angle apex ends at the level of the transverse wall having the mouthpiece opening, which is only moved very slightly, so that one can speak of an almost unaffected position of the mouthpiece opening. A practical development of the container which prescribes the bellows actuation direction consists in that a carrying handle is molded into the bellows actuation surface. When the container is carried, the bellows is therefore only loaded in the sense of sucking in, but not in the sense of emptying. On the other hand, emptying requires a deliberate stress on the bellows actuation surface, here the handle. Furthermore, an advantageous embodiment is that the carrying handle is designed as a neck leading to the mouthpiece opening, which extends at a distance from the container wall. If you let the mouthpiece opening start from the standing container section, it is motion-neutral. It is also advantageous if the emptying tube is formed by a tube-forming fold of the transverse wall of the container on the mouthpiece opening side. This measure makes the assignment of a separate tube body unnecessary. The selected curvature of the transverse wall results in a bellows body that is favorable in terms of load, due to the avoidance of sharp, fragile corners. Bridges in the rounding area serve for additional stabilization. Allowing the mouth of the drain pipe to end in a trough ensures that the contents of the drain are completely free.

The canister-shaped container 1 has a bellows B formed from its wall material. Taking into account the vertical actuation direction, this bellows B is oriented essentially horizontally.

Its bellows folds 2 are located on the two side walls 3 of the container 1. They start approximately from the corner region 4 of the transverse wall 5 on the mouthpiece opening side and extend in a V-shape in the direction of the transverse wall 7 opposite the mouthpiece opening 6, while the bellows folds 2 on the side wall side move in the direction of this transverse wall 7, starting from the V-tip 8, diverge fan-shaped, in the area of the transverse wall 7 they take a parallel to the standing surface 9 Course. Instead of many folds 2, a single, sufficiently large fold can also be provided.

As a result of the bellows formation, the container is divided into two rigid shell halves, which are connected by the flexible wall zone, namely the transverse wall 5, which lies transversely between the V-tips 8.

The mouthpiece 11, which extends above the V-tips 8 and lies in the transition region between the transverse wall 5 and the container ceiling 10, is inserted into a socket 12 shaped on the container side. The tubular plug-in projection 13 of the mouthpiece 11 continues into a horizontally oriented channel section 14, which forms the mouthpiece opening 6.

An emptying pipe 15 inserted into this extends from the plug-in projection 13. The latter ends just before the bottom 1 'of the container 1 or is cut obliquely on the bottom side, so that the opening there cannot be closed.

According to the development shown in FIG. 5, the drain pipe 15 'is formed by a pipe-forming fold F of the transverse wall 5 on the mouthpiece opening side. This can be taken into account when manufacturing the container 1. The fold opens downward into the area of the container interior 16. A mouthpiece 11 similar to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is then placed on top of the tube-forming fold. In the figures mentioned, the mouthpiece 11, which has a flat edge, ends flush with a flat 17 of the container 1 formed in the corner region there. The transverse channel 14 can also be designed as an arc tube, which can be pivoted out of its corresponding guidance of the mouthpiece in order to deliver the filling contents in a targeted, floor-oriented manner.

The bellows actuation surface 18 is formed in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a bridge-shaped carrying handle 19. The hollow handle communicates with the container space 16. The transverse gripping cavity extending under the carrying handle is designated by 20. The bellows actuation surface 18 lies in the rear half, i. H. in the region of the transverse wall 7 of the container.

Der entsprechende Abstand ist mit x bezeichnet (Fig. 4).The exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is modified only insofar as the carrying handle 19 is no longer designed as a material bridge, but rather as a free-standing neck H having the mouthpiece opening 6 at the free end. The neck-forming section starts from the shell half of the housing forming the footprint 9 and extends vertically upwards. In the use position, the container only needs to be brought into the position shown in FIG. 3. The then freely floating horizontally aligned handle 19 can then be grasped according to the gripping opening 20 also realized here between the neck H and the opposite transverse wall 5. The corresponding distance is designated by x (Fig. 4).

The reference numbers are, where necessary for understanding, transferred accordingly.

In this rounding R, two bellows wall sections I, II of the bellows B are connected by a web 21 forming the apex 21 '. The web 21 merges into the outer fold tip, tapering continuously. The one or more webs 21 run in the plane of the transverse wall 7.

To completely empty the container, the emptying pipe 15 dips with its free end into a floor recess 22. It can be a ring trough which also forms a stand edge or else also about a depression in the bottom-forming wall of the container 1 that drops off from the general floor level.

All the new features mentioned in the description and shown in the drawing are essential to the invention, even if they are not expressly claimed in the claims.
