Definitions

  • the invention relates to a firearm with a shoulder strap and a pivotable piston according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the front attachment point for the belt is usually located at the front end of the casing tube, in the area of the barrel mouth, although it is also possible to provide a plurality of front attachment points, which can optionally be used to change the length of the strap formed by the belt.
  • the rear attachment point is located on the side of the breech housing, behind the cartridge chamber, directly in front of the piston.
  • the known belt attachments are disadvantageous in various respects.
  • the rifle When the rifle is swung out, the rifle hanging on the carrying strap is not properly balanced.
  • the two attachment points are too close to one another, so that the weapon is not stabilized enough when it is struck by the carrying strap, which is hung and tensioned around the shoulder of the shooting person.
  • the strap can not be extended enough to ensure comfortable carrying or to optimally adjust the tension when shooting to the body of the shooter. Immediate, targeted shooting from the carrying position into the stop with belt tensioning is not possible.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a firearm with an adjustable carrying strap and a pivotable piston in which the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided. This object is achieved according to the invention by the features defined in the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the belt length can be adjusted so that the hip or from the stop with belt tensioning can be closed immediately.
  • the attachment point on the breech housing is used to transport the weapon without being ready to fire, e.g. B. with the piston folded. Since it is now possible to attach the strap to both sides of the rifle, the rifle does not tilt it so that better aiming is guaranteed.
  • the firearm shown in the figures is an automatic rifle, the piston 1 of which can be pivoted in to shorten the weapon.
  • the rifle essentially has the following parts: the barrel 2, the jacket tube 3 designed as a hand guard, the breech housing 4, the magazine, the handle 6, the trigger 7, the sight with front sight 8 or 9 and the carrying strap 10.
  • the strap 10 made of leather or a textile fabric is suspended at the front by means of a flat snap hook 11 in a strap bracket 12, which is located at the front end of the tubular casing 3 near the barrel mouth 13.
  • the belt has a known adjusting device with a loop and a clamping element 14 represented by a line, so that its length can be set and fixed as desired.
  • the rifle has two fastening eyelets 15, 16, into which the rear end of the carrying strap 10, which is also provided with a snap hook or a conventional hook 17, can optionally be hung.
  • One 15 of these rear fastening eyelets is attached to the breech housing 4 behind the cartridge chamber 18 indicated by dashed lines, directly next to the visor 8.
  • This eyelet 15, which is located above the weapon axis 19, is attached to the same side of the rifle as the sling bar 12.
  • the rear snap hook 17 of the shoulder strap 10 is hooked into the eyelet 15 when the piston is folded in for transporting the rifle (FIG. 3), or when the rifle with the piston swung out, e.g. B. is stored in a rifle rake ( Figure 2).
  • the belt is then tightened so that it lies against the weapon and does not interfere.
  • the second rear fastening eyelet 16 is located on the piston 1, specifically below the weapon axis 19 inside a piston opening 20. This has the advantage that the belt 10 can be inserted from both sides of the weapon through the piston opening and hooked into the eyelet 16 .
  • the rear snap hook 17 of the carrying strap is guided downward on the side opposite the mounting bracket 12 and the eyelet 16 is attached.
  • the extended strap is around the shoulder of the hanged shooting person that the weapon is in a horizontal position laterally above the hip. Since the shoulder strap 10 is attached to the front and rear of the weapon on different sides, it cannot tilt.
  • the person is now ready to shoot, e.g. B. in the hip stop by pressing the piston firmly against the body with the right arm.
  • the weapon is raised, the carrying strap 10 is hung over the head on the other shoulder and the pistons are pressed firmly against the shoulder with the right hand.
  • the belt is tensioned and stabilizes the weapon without tilting it, as would happen if it were attached to the same side.
  • the eyelet 16 is located approximately in the plane of symmetry of the weapon. It would also be possible to provide a third rear eyelet, e.g. B. at the very back and top of the piston, as indicated by reference number 22.
