Abstract

The invention is with respect to fixing studs in the shoe soles. A sport shoe, as an example of the invention has pockets in its sole, into each of which the wider base plate at the end of a stud may be slipped and then locked in position tightly by a keeper washer with outward lock parts on its edge locking into grooves in the walls of the pocket like a bayonet-joint. For stopping the stud turning in its pocket it may have a hollow in its base locking onto an unround horn or the like on the floor of the pocket.

Description

The invention relates to a sports shoe with a sole provided with gripping elements, each with a circular receiving space embedded in the sole for recessed parts of the gripping element.

Such a bayonet attachment of a gripping element is known from DE-A-2 543 268. In this case, the gripping element itself is provided with bayonet projections at its rear end and is held in a separate sole bushing embedded in the sole and provided with bayonet grooves. The gripping element has a guide cylinder which protrudes through a guide space of the sole bushing. The guide cylinder and bayonet protrusions have replaced the usual threaded bolts with screwable gripping elements and the mating thread of the usual sole bushing has been replaced by the smooth guide space and the bayonet grooves on the end. In order to be able to master the large bending moments (tilting moments) acting on the gripping element and the sole bushing, the sole bushing and the parts of the gripping element in question must be made of correspondingly strong metal, which increases the weight of the sports shoes. In addition, the parts of the gripping element protruding from the sole must be firmly connected to the guide cylinder, and the entire gripping element must therefore be replaced when these parts wear out. The security against rotation of such gripping elements is also relatively small, so that the outer shape of the gripping element is limited to body shapes with relatively small diameters and a smooth surface, in particular to gripping elements in the form of spikes or the like.

The invention has for its object to provide a bayonet attachment of a gripping element, in which there is no need for separate sole bushings as well as bayonet projections attached to the gripping element itself and the gripping elements in their parts protruding from the sole are not subject to any size or shape restrictions and the gripping elements can also be in several parts, so that the parts subject to wear can be easily replaced.

The task is solved by the measures according to the characterizing part of patent claim 1.

From US-A-3 066 425 a fastening of a gripping element in the sole of a sports shoe is already known, each with a circular receiving space embedded in the sole for recessed parts of the gripping element, in which the receiving space in the sole is designed as a cavity with an undercut annular groove is, the recessed part of the gripping element is plate-shaped and is held by a circlip inserted in the annular groove in front of it. For assembly and disassembly, the circlip is reduced in radius in the manner known per se by means of a pair of pliers and can thus be removed from the ring groove or inserted into it, where it engages over the recessed foot part of the gripping element and locks it in a form-fitting manner. The circlip can have a wavy shape and thus bear against the recessed foot part of the gripping element under prestress.

However, it is disadvantageous here that the gripping element can only be assembled using a corresponding pliers-shaped tool in order to be able to use the circlip. If the circlip is to bear a noticeable pre-tension on the recessed foot part of the gripping element, its insertion into the annular groove is very complex and cumbersome and possibly only possible by means of further special tools, since the insertion into the annular groove requires a corresponding deformation while applying the pre-tensioning force desired by the circlip. Furthermore, the circlip, if it is to be radially compressible with manageable forces, lies against the recessed foot part of the gripping element with only a relatively small contact surface. If this is to prevent the foot part of the gripping element from being released by deformation, the foot part must be made of metal, which entails corresponding weight increases. The use of studs or foot parts made of soft material such as rubber or plastic, such as polyurethane, is ruled out in the case of such a fastening, but is readily possible according to the invention as a result of the full-surface contact, as is the use of a plastic ring for further weight savings and cost reduction. Finally, the receiving space of the sports shoe according to US-A-3 066 425 is open at the bottom in the interior of the circlip and is thus exposed to dirt, which in particular can make the removal of the gripping element considerably more difficult.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand weiterer Ansprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of further claims.

  • Fig. A longitudinal section along the line VIII- VIII in Fig. 9 by a receiving space in the sole for gripping elements including ring rings according to Fig. 5 or 6,
  • Fig. 9 is a plan view of the article of Fig. 8 and
  • Fig. 10 is a longitudinal section of a two-layer gripping element according to the invention. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the attachment of interchangeable fastening element-free gripping elements 1 is provided in a plastic sole 5 of a sports shoe at several points, for which purpose cavities formed in the sole are designed as annular receiving spaces 2. Each receiving space has undercut steering grooves 2C arranged at equal intervals above the floor surface 2A, which have covered outer walls 2E, which are connected laterally with plug-in openings 4 for rigid steering projections 3B of a separate steering ring 3, in the example made of metal. Within the inner wall 2F of the receiving space 2, the circular base plate 1A of the gripping element 1 is mounted to prevent rotation, for which purpose a central, non-circular projection 2B of the bottom surface 2A of the receiving space 2 fits into a correspondingly non-circular underside recess 1B in the base plate 1A when the gripping element 1 of is sunk into the receiving space 2 at the top. The cylindrical or frustoconical centering part 1C of the gripping element 1, which is surrounded by the ring ring 3, projects centrally from the base plate 1A. The ring ring lies with its cross section open at the bottom on the free ring surface of the base plate 1A. In this case, its rigid segmental projections 3B on the outer edge, which are angled radially outward, project into the segmental grooves 2C when the segmental ring with its segmental projections is previously inserted into the plug-in openings 4 from above and then screwed into the segmental grooves lying on the ring surface. The underside of the bayonet ring, the top surface of the bayonet grooves and / or the top of the bayonet protrusions and, if applicable, the free ring area of the gripping element can be designed to prevent rotation, so that the bayonet ring itself, which is hardly loaded by torsional moments in use, is elastically preloaded in positive and positive contact with other parts the bayonet attachment and the gripping element is held. To depress and twist the steering ring, this has on the top 3A engagement points 3E for a rotary key, which are designed in a simple manner as plug-in openings.

So that the screwed-in ring 3 can be easily turned out when a gripping element 1 is replaced, it is advantageous to cover the plug-in openings 4 when the ring 3 is screwed in against the ingress of foreign bodies, for which purpose, according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the metal ring 3 in the circumferential direction between the ring projections at its top 3A also has radially outwardly projecting rigid cover projections 3D, d. H. Renk projections and cover projections are each subject to change in the circumferential direction, the cover projections can be formed from bent side wall parts.

Instead of a metallic bayonet ring with rigid bayonet projections and, if applicable, rigid cover projections, a lighter, full-walled bayonet ring made of plastic can be provided for the same receiving spaces and gripping elements if the bayonet projections are designed as radially projecting rigid locking lugs extending in the longitudinal direction of the gripping element. The plug-in openings of the receiving space can be covered (not shown) by a radially protruding screen which is resiliently molded onto the top of the ring ring.

Plug-in openings and thus also cover projections or umbrellas are unnecessary when using ring rings with resilient locking lugs as bayonet projections if the bayonet projections can be pressed in up to the circumference of the ring. According to FIGS. 5, 6 and 7, the bayonet projections 3C, which are designed as molded-on latching lugs, are resiliently pressed inwards as far as they are placed on the circular opening of the receiving space 2 as shown in FIGS can be pressed against bias until it engages with the gripping element previously inserted. Insofar as the bayonet projections 3C do not snap directly into the baying grooves 2C, but have been located above the inner wall 2F, the bayonet ring can be turned against bias by a spanner that is detachably coupled to the engagement points 3E after being pressed into the receiving space until the bayonet projections have been completely screwed into the bayonet grooves and can relax radially, so that the bayonet connection which remains under tension is established.

To disengage the steering ring 3, the outer wall 2E of each steering groove 2C is continuously connected to the inner wall 2F via a transition wall 2D, so that when the steering ring 3 is rotated in the corresponding direction of rotation, the resilient steering projections 3C are brought onto the inner wall and thus out of engagement with the steering grooves are and by pulling out the gripping element the ring is removed from the receiving space and thus from the sole.

The resilient locking lugs are divided in the circumferential direction to make it easier to push in and remove the ring.

Since only a narrow annular gap remains between the circumference of the ring ring 3 with the resilient ring projections and the circular inlet opening of the receiving space 2, clogging of the travel paths of the ring ring by dirt parts is practically excluded and therefore a cover is unnecessary. However, such is not shown by one placed top screen of the aforementioned type easily possible.

The steering ring with resilient steering projections 3C according to FIG. 7 can have differently shaped longitudinal sections, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.

With the same contour according to FIG. 7, the ring 3 in thicker soles 5 can be designed such that its underside is supported under tension on the ring surface of the base plate 1A of the gripping element 1 shown in dashed lines as shown in FIG 1 C of the gripping element 1 is tight.

In the case of thinner soles, on the other hand, it can be more advantageous to have the ring ring according to FIG. 6 with its rigid central ring 3F protrude laterally over the base plate 1A almost to the bottom surface 2A of the receiving space 2 and the support by a lower, pre-tensioned, resiliently molded concentric To provide inner ring 3G on the ring surface of the base plate 1A, which is particularly useful for smaller gripping elements. The inner ring 3G can receive an improved spring action in the circumferential direction by radial incisions.

The central projection in the receiving space 2 can be used in addition to preventing the twisting of the gripping element to support it for the protruding part, the projection being designed as a supporting part correspondingly long and stiff and possibly being adapted to the outer shape of the gripping element 1.

In order to increase the strength of the undercut parts despite simple manufacture of the receiving spaces 2 in the sole 6, the oval grooves 2C can be covered to the outside by a cover ring 6 made of metal (FIGS. 8, 9), which is embedded in the sole and / or otherwise is firmly connected to this in a known manner.

In the inventive design of the bayonet fastening of gripping elements, no fastening means is required in the gripping elements themselves, so that the protruding parts of the gripping elements can be given any desired shape and / or size and u. U. According to FIG. 10 can also be designed in two layers so that a solid part serving as a carrier 1 D is covered by an exchangeable softer jacket 1 E and both are held together by the ring ring 3. It is irrelevant whether the gripping elements in the above part are designed as spikes, studs, cutters or the like.
