Claims (14)

1. 5. Bottle closure according to claim 4, characterized in that the leg ends of the spring (28) are received in or between the stop portions (56, 56').
6. Bottle closure according to claim 1 or claim 3, characterized in that the shaft (34) which forms an inner limit stop has a transverse bore (36) wherein the leg spring (28) is supported.
7. Bottle closure according to claim 1 or claim 3 or claim 6, characterized in that the support body (12) comprises a short shaft (34) which is integral with a flat cap (31) and forms an inner limit stop.
8. Bottle closure according to at least one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the limiting spring (42) is designed as a spring ring, e.g. a snap ring, rubber ring, extension spring or the like, that hooks in a groove (44) and/or in a recess (24) at the lower ends (22) of the tong-like legs (18) on their outside.
9. Bottle closure according to claim 8, characterized in that either side of the recesses (24) of the tong-like legs (18) is engaged by one spring (42, 42') each.
10. Bottle closure according to claim 9 characterized in that the outer springs (42, 42') are designed as tension or volute springs whose ends reach into the lateral limit stops (46, 46') of the recesses (24).
11. Bottle closure according to claim 10, characterized in that the volute springs are borne by the joint (16) of the tong-like legs (18).
12. Bottle closure according to any one of claims 8 to 11, characterized in that a spring shackle (50) extends over the upper ends (20) of the tong-like legs (18) inclusive of the press-on cap (30; 31), the spring shackle having legs (52) reaching down to the recess (24) of either tong-like leg (18).
13. Bottle closure according to at least one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the upper ends and/or the lower ends (20; 22) of the tong-like legs (18) are provided with gripping means (54; 48).
14. Bottle closure according to at least one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the lower ends (22) of the tong-like legs (18) have an interior sliding entrance such as by way of a swell, a slant (23) or the like.
