Wird für den Schmelzeinsatz erfindungsgemäß ein Werkstoff mit hoher Wärmeleitfähigkeit, wie z.B. eine Leichtmetall-Legierung verwendet, dann wird die Wärme der Heizvorrichtung besonders schnell dem Schmelzkleber mitgeteilt. Dies wirkt sich besonders bei der Inbetriebnahme der Kantenanleimmaschine günstig aus, da die Aufheizzeit für den Schmelzeinsatz bis zum Start der Kantenanleimmaschine sehr niedrig ist. Andererseits ist es möglich, die Auftragsvorrichtung aus einem metallischen Werkstoff hoher Festigkeit herzustellen und damit eine hohe Lebensdauer dieser Auftragsvorrichtung zu erzielen. Da diese metallischen Werkstoffe hoher Festigkeit jedoch schlechte Wärmeleiter sind, würde ihre Verwendung als Schmelzeinsatz die Zeiten zum Aufheizen und Abkühlen wesentlich erhöhen. Die Verwendung von verschiedenen Werkstoffen für die Auftragsvorrichtung und für den Schmelzeinsatz entspricht daher in vorteilhafter Weise sowohl den mechanischen als auch den wärmetechnischen Forderungen der gesamten Vorrichtung.This makes it possible to u. to heat the melting wall with different temperatures so that an optimal adaptation to the given working conditions is possible. Da auch der Temperaturfühler zur Steuerung der Heizvorrichtung für den Schmelzeinsatz im unteren Bereich der Vorratskammer angeordnet ist, ist eine sichere Temperaturregelung für den Schmelzeinsatz gewährleistet. Dieser Temperaturfühler wird jedoch nicht nur von der Temperatur des geschmolzenen Schmelzklebers, sondern auch von der Temperatur des Schmelzeinsatzes bzw. der Schmelzwand beeinflußt. Auf der entgegengesetzten Seite ist der Schmelzeinsatz 10 so konkav gewölbt, daß eine Vorratskammer 16 entsteht. Diese Vorratskammer 16 ist in der Mitte durch senkrechte Stege 17 unterteilt, die am oberen Rand der Vorratskammer 16 beginnen und in einem bestimmten Abstand vom unteren Rand der Vorratskammer enden. In diesem unteren Bereich der Vorratskammer 16 ist ein Vorsprung 18 des Schmelzeinsatzes 10 angeordnet, mit dem ein Temperaturfühler 19 leitend verbunden ist. Dieser Temperaturfühler 19 beeinflußt Heizelemente 20, die zur Beheizung des Schmelzeinsatzes 10 dienen. Da dieser aus einer Leichtmetallegierung hergestellt ist, wird die Wärme der Heizelemente 20 rasch an die Schmelzwand 11 weitergeleitet.The
