Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kachelofen.The invention relates to a tiled stove.
Tile stoves are known in and of themselves in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. They are known to be composed of refractory bricks and slabs which are used to form both the firebox and the flue gas passageway. The refractory bricks and slabs are connected to one another by means of refractory mortars and connecting cross pieces, connecting tension elements or connecting brackets in such a way that they ultimately form a one-piece inner furnace core or furnace construction, the latter being exposed to greater thermal expansions. The inner furnace construction is then provided with an outer ceramic cladding or the like. Tile cladding which is connected to the inner furnace construction by means of refractory mortar or the like. The joints between the individual tiles are then sealed with mortar.
- - The tiled stove construction is currently practically only by stove setters or ovens; ie can be carried out by trained personnel.
- - Building a tiled stove requires a considerable amount of time.
- - If the tiled stove is set up in an inhabited apartment, the living room where the tiled stove is set up is converted into a construction site.
- - The desired tiled stove sizes or designs usually only require one by machining to measure. preserving adaptation of the refractory bricks or slabs used. Furthermore, with the usual refractory bricks or slabs, it is not always possible to adapt the cross sections of the flue gas trains to the theoretical or desired flue gas speed, and when trying to meet these requirements, it will usually be difficult to determine the thicknesses of the refractory bricks and To dimension plates in such a way that an effective heat removal from the flowing smoke gases is guaranteed, so that the desired thermal efficiency is impaired.
- - The inner monolithic stove construction is exposed to severe heat stresses, which can lead to cracks in the inner stove construction, whereby these cracks can propagate in the outer tile cladding and are no longer to be concealed, especially with enamelled tiles.
- - die Herstellung derselben erfolgt mit Pressformen, so dass dieselbe langwierig und kostspielig ist ;
- - die Kacheln weisen ein festes Format auf, so dass auch die Kachelofenabmessungen praktisch ebenfalls vorbestimmt sind ;
- - The same is made with molds, so that it is tedious and expensive;
- - The tiles have a fixed format, so that the tiled stove dimensions are also practically predetermined;
- - With the tile designs shown, it is not possible to design inner channels for heating the air.
Darueber hinaus ist es bei diesen Formsteinen nachteilig, dass, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, die Querschnitte des Rauchgaszugweges im Verlauf desselben stark voneinander abweichen.DE-C-675 269 discloses a shaped block for the production of ceramic ovens from horizontal layers, the proposed shaped block consisting of two perpendicular walls adjoining one another at right angles and a train dividing wall which extends horizontally or obliquely from the walls, so that a layer of each of two shaped stones joined together Oven is formed and smoke ducts rise in zigzag shape due to the overlapping draft doors. However, these shaped stones require difficult production. Furthermore, these shaped stones also have a fixed format. In addition, it is disadvantageous in the case of these shaped blocks that, as can be seen from FIG. 2, the cross sections of the flue gas draft path deviate greatly from one another over the course thereof.
It can be seen from GB-A-133850 that it is already known to arrange pipes for water and air heating in the flue gas passage of an oven. From the description and drawing it can be seen that a pipe coil is used, the individual snake dreams of which each rest on a horizontal partition wall forming the snake-like flue gas passage. This solution is therefore only possible if the interior of the flue gas duct is freely accessible from a large front wall. However, there is no indication as to how the pipe coil or the sets of pipe coils can be arranged in flue gas duct modules which are closed around themselves.
The invention has for its object to provide a tiled stove which is capable of making it easy and quick to build tiled stove and at the same time to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages and inaccessibility of the known tiled stove.
Starting from a tiled stove, having a combustion chamber, a flue gas flue and an outer tile cladding, the flue gas flue having a self-supporting interior Flue gas flue construction forms and consists of a number of modular flue gas flue gas components having flue gas deflection openings, which are arranged to each other in such a way that they form a serpentine flue gas flue path, the above-mentioned object is achieved according to the invention in that tubular, modular type inserts are inserted into the flue gas flue units or in the self-supporting internal furnace construction for the heating of air and water, it can be inserted that the internal flue gas duct is formed by a flue gas double column, the individual flue gas duct columns of which consist of a plurality of stack-like flue gas flue modules of two types, that the flue gas flue modules of both types have a hollow, essentially rectangular cross-section and Elongated building blocks with open end faces are executed, and in a side wall near a building block end face, a first flue gas deflection opening and in one horizontal block side, near the other end of the block, have a second flue gas deflection opening, with the one flue gas draft block type the second flue gas deflection opening in the one horizontal block side, while with the other flue gas draft block type the second flue gas flow deflection opening is provided in the other, and the one flue gas draft block is the horizontal block The flue gas column is rotated 180 ° around its longitudinal axis and is arranged in relation to the flue gas modules of the other layered flue gas column, so that the vertical flue gas deflection openings of two flue gas modules of the same type, which form a layer of the double flue column, face each other.
In the case of a tiled stove, which has a combustion chamber, a flue gas flue and an outer tile cladding, the flue gas path forming a self-supporting inner flue gas flue structure and consisting of a number of modular flue gas flue modules which are arranged with respect to one another in such a way that they form a snake-type flue gas flue path, the above-mentioned task According to the invention, this is achieved by inserting tubular modular insert-like inserts for heating air and water into the flue gas flue modules or in the self-supporting inner furnace construction, that the inner flue gas duct construction consists of a number of modular flue gas flue units of the same type that are rotated about their longitudinal axis , which are designed as hollow, generally rectangular cross-section and open end faces having elongated building blocks and in a horizontal building block side near one end of the building block have a first flue gas deflection opening and a second flue gas deflection opening in the other horizontal end face of the block near the other end face of the block.
With the solution according to the invention, it is possible to carry out the internal flue gas flue construction and the combustion chamber in a simple and rapid manner and without special specialist knowledge or manual dexterity, the outer furnace cladding consisting of tiles being subsequently detachably attached. The tile cladding can optionally consist of a conventional bricked-up, but preferably consists of a cladding composed of mutually known with detachable connecting strips or the like.
The modular principle laid down for the hollow flue gas flue modules and for the cladding tiles enables the cross-section of the flue gas flue modules and the wall thickness of the latter to be dimensioned correctly from the outset, so that on the one hand it is possible without further ado, a flue gas flue that approximates the optimal flue gas flue and on the other hand very high thermal To achieve efficiencies.
The provision of modular flue gas flue blocks allows the internal flue gas flue path, which is more appropriate from case to case, taking into account both the available space and other special requirements, e.g. B. the warming from convection of warm air for heating purposes.
In the provision of a predetermined or modular-type flue gas draft path, it is also ensured that the heat inherent in the flue gases is advantageously used effectively for heating warm air or hot water by inserting inner tubular heat exchanger inserts.
Yet another advantage of the solution proposed by the invention can be seen in the fact that the modular flue gas flue modules are produced in a design that can be easily arranged one above the other, so that stable and self-supporting flue gas flue columns can be produced quickly, the attachment of an outer tile cladding being made considerably easier.
The tile cladding thus forms an advantageously detachable sheath that is not or less threatened by the internal thermal expansion.
In one embodiment of the modular flue gas draft modules, it is also possible to produce tile stoves with small dimensions with a perfect flue gas draft and high thermal efficiency.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the schematic figures of the accompanying drawings, which are shown in different scales, but without being limited to the same.

The structure of a tiled stove according to the invention can be seen particularly from FIG. 2, the tiled stove being designated 1 in its entirety. Essentially, the
According to the invention, the latter consists of a number of modular flue gas drafting blocks 10 and 11 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
These flue
If one now places a
In order to produce the flue

In FIG. 2, 18 vertical or horizontal connecting strips are also designated, which are received in corresponding receiving
The flue gas flue path is denoted by 20 in FIG. 5 and indicated by the dashed line and arrows.
In FIG. 9, the
Both in the exemplary embodiments of FIGS. 7 and 9 and in the example of FIG. 8, modular flue gas draft modules of FIGS. 3, 3a and 4, 4a are used.
In FIG. 8, the
In Fig. 7 und 8 ist ebenfalls eine Durchgangsoeffnung 28 vorgesehen, die in die Kuppel 29 muendet, um die letztere staerker zu erwaermen.7 and 8 there is also a through-opening 28 which opens into the
Reference is now made to FIGS. 11 and 12, which represent a preferred embodiment of a flue
Beim Ausfuehrungsbeispiel der Fig. 14 und 15 werden zwei nebeneinandergelegte aus Bausteinen 30 bestehende Rauchgaszugsaeulen 27 vorgesehen, wobei mit 21 wieder ein Zwischenraum zur Warmlufterwaermung bezeichnet wird.11 and 12 can be clearly seen that in the lower and upper horizontal block surface in the position of use, a flue gas deflection opening 31 is provided on each end face. The end faces of this flue
With the
This solution, which is particularly intended for larger tiled stoves, allows more effective warming of warm air to be achieved. For the sake of clarity, FIG. 17 shows the uppermost
In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 19, 20, 21 and 22, tubular inserts 34 according to the invention, which serve as heat exchangers for heating water, are provided.
For heating domestic hot water U-shaped ribbed pipe sections according to the invention, for. Ausgangsende 35b des Rohrsystems 35 sind in dem Heizkoerpernetz eingeschaltet.35 designates a boiler-like pipe system formed from welded pipes, which is arranged in the
In the
The proposed modular tiled stove modules make it possible to produce practically any tiled stove shape and flawlessly drawing flue gas ducts simply, safely and with a considerably reduced expenditure of time.
