- the shutters of the type in question have a series of bridges connecting the capsule and the ring which break when the capsule is unscrewed.
- the cross-section of the bridges considered must therefore be small so that their rupture is effective as soon as the capsule is unscrewed.
- the capsule is rotated by a unscrewing device which resiliently extracts the inner cord of the guarantee ring from the groove which made it possible to mold it. It follows a significant traction which is cashed by the connecting bridges. As they have a reduced section, there are often untimely ruptures thereof so that the shutter must be discarded. It is therefore necessary that the release temperature of the parts is very carefully monitored because the release must be carried out when the material is still hot enough so that the extraction of the locking cord from the guarantee ring does not require a force of too much traction.
- Swiss patent 444,696 a metal capsule is described in the skirt of which incisions are made which determine two tabs whose ends are partially in abutment against one another. It goes without saying that this embodiment cannot be applied to a molded plastic capsule with a view to solving the problem posed above.

- the top of the triangular cross section of each stop 7 is located outside so as to facilitate demolding, so that the stops are in the form of a prism with a side wall in relief. In reality, the vertical edge of each stop is rounded in order to be less visible.
- the height of the stops 7 is slightly less than that of the bridges 4, a clearance of 0.4 mm being for example provided for a height of said bridges of 1 mm. But of course this game is not necessarily of this importance; it suffices for it to allow the stops 7 to be molded so that their free ends are separated from the ring 3.
- each stopper 7 Given the section of each stopper 7, it is possible to reduce as much as possible that of the connecting bridges 4 since they take almost no effort during installation. The considered section of the connecting bridges is therefore only determined by their tensile strength developed during the release of the bead 3a.

- a significant traction is exerted on the thinned zone 3b due to the leverage effect so that one easily breaks said zone. Consequently, it is very easy for the user to eliminate the ring 3 after opening the capsule.
