ladite tête de récupération (3) d'un carottier (2) pouvant être utilisée soit - avec ledit joint d'obturation amovible (14) pour la récupération du carottier (2) sans overshot ni câble, en forage montant ; soit - sans ledit joint d'obturation amovible (14) pour la récupération du carottier de manière conventionnelle avec overshot(29) et câble (30), en forage approximativement horizontal ou en forage descendant.

caractérisée par le fait : - que ledit moyen de raccordement (8) dudit corps cylindrique audit dispositif de déverrouillage du carottier permet le coulissement de la tête de récupération (3) par rapport audit dispositif de déverrouillage (7) entre deux positions extrêmes et - qu'une pièce auxiliaire (14) est prévue de manière à maintenir ledit alésage (11) du corps cylindrique (10) obturé même lorsqu'une pression est exercée sur l'obturation par l'intérieur de l'alésage (11).
