Auch bei eingesetzter Leuchtstofflampe läßt sich der Starter durch seine freie Zugänglichkeit ohne weiteres einsetzen bzw. herausnehmen. Zwar sind aus der DE-C-1 196 293 bei einer Leuchtstofflampenfassung Zungenteile bekannt, welche nach dem Durchstecken der Fassung nach außen federnd und den Rand des Aushiebs der Tragplatte mittels eines nach außen vorspringenden Wulstes umgreifen bzw. sich daran abstützen. Jedoch weist diese Lampenfassung keinen freitragenden Ansatz als Fassungsteil für den Starter auf.
