Description

The invention relates to a grid ceiling with cross-sectionally U-shaped slats, with arranged on their end faces, bridging edge slats and with the edge slats with the bridged slats connecting holding elements, which are attached to the edge slats and inserted into the front ends of the bridged slats.

Such a grid ceiling is known from DE-A-2721 541. The holding element is a U-rail. Your bridge is attached to the edge lamella. The bridged slat is attached to the legs of the U-rail.

The invention aims to solve the problem of designing the connection between the slats in such a way that the slats can also be securely connected to one another and disassembled without being destroyed if the slats can only be moved over small distances, for example because of an adjacent building wall. Furthermore, the connection should be designed so that the edge slats maintain the desired length over their entire height and do not undesirably move away from the top or bottom of the end faces of the bridged slats.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the holding elements are in the form of, preferably resilient, claws which grip between the legs of the bridged slats, in the end faces of which they are inserted.

Weitere Merkmale ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.Further features emerge from the subclaims.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine Rasterdecke. Fig. 1 shows a grid ceiling. This is suspended according to Fig. 2 with devices 60 on a building ceiling and has in cross-section substantially U-shaped longitudinal slats 21, transverse slats 22, longitudinal edge slats 23 and edge transverse slats 24, each with two legs 25 and 26 pointing upwards and one of them lower end connecting web 27. At the upper ends of the legs 25 and 26 of the longitudinal lamellae 21 and the transverse lamellae 22 there are front-facing and downward-facing hooks 28. The hooks 28 are slots 29 of the legs 25 and 26 of the respective legs arranged in pairs other slats 21, 23, 24 can be suspended. Below the slots 29 there are cams 30 and 31, respectively, over which the legs 25 and 26 extend and are thereby fixed in a lateral position. The cams 30 are drawn as beads and the cams 31 as bow-like shapes. The cams 30 are arranged so far below the slots 29 that they snap into place on the inner surface of the web 27 of the suspended transverse lamella 22 and lend them upwards when inadvertently raised.

If the lamellae are only hooked in at the top and are prevented from moving laterally by cams at a lower point, then there is still the danger with the transverse edge lamellae 24 that their lower end with the web 27 does not lie properly against the longitudinal lamellae 21, but protrudes backwards out of the way, because there is no counter element on the back of the edge cross blades 24. For this reason, the edge transverse lamellae 24 are provided with a holding element on their leg 26 facing the longitudinal lamellae 21, near their lower end near the web 27. This is inserted into the end faces when the longitudinal slats 21 are hung in and then holds these slats 21 and 24 together. The longitudinal edge lamellae 23 have no hooks on the end face, but are held by two holding elements 36 of the edge transverse lamellae 24, which are spaced one above the other, one holding element 36 at the upper end and the other holding element 36 at the lower end into the front end of an edge -Longitudinal lamella 23 engages.

The holding elements 36 have the form of resilient claws, which claw between the legs 25 and 26 of the slats, in the end faces of which they are inserted. Details of the holding elements 36 can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, which show a cover 37 provided with such claws for closing the visible end face 38 of the edge transverse lamella 24. The holding elements 36 each have two plug parts 39 and 40 and a web part 10 connecting them. The plug parts 39 and 40 have outward-pointing claw tips 41 and 42, each of which claws from the inside into the legs 25 and 26 of the lamellae, and claw edges 43 and 44 facing one another inwards. Through slot-like recesses 11 and 12 at the ends of the plug parts 39 and 40 result in hooks with the claw tips 41 and 42 and these claw tips 41 and 42 and the claw edges 43 and 44 are resilient in the hook plane.

At the upper leg end of the lamellae, the holding elements 36 serve not only to hold these lamellae in place, but also to maintain the spacing of the lamella legs so that they are not bent apart when the holding elements 36 are inserted. 2 shows, the legs 25 and 26 of the slats 21, 22, 23 and 24 at the upper leg end are angled twice inwards. As a result, horizontally facing intermediate sections 46 and 47 and adjoining them at an angle, V-shaped end sections 48 and 49 are formed in the lamella interior, the edges of which have a certain distance from one another, forming a longitudinal opening 50. As a result, the plug parts 39 and 40 at the upper lamella end can each be pressed in between the inner end sections 48 and 49 and the outer leg sections 51 and 52. The oblique course of the leg end sections 48 and 49 compensates for manufacturing and assembly inaccuracies, since they are also gripped by the holding elements 36 and are flexible when the holding elements 36 do not exactly assume their predetermined position.
