Bei diesen Profilen ist aber auch schon eine HF-Leimung bekannt, wobei das Profil flach, also parallel zum Steg auf eine Unterlage gelegt und von seitlich auf die Außenseite der Gurte wirkenden, endlosen Druckbändern eingezogen wird. Dabei wird das Profil zwischen einer Heißelektrode und einer Kaltelektrode, die oberhalb bzw. unterhalb der Leimfuge angeordnet sind, hindurchbewegt. Eine der Seitenwangen - beim gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel die Seitenwange 11 - weist eine Spanneinrichtung auf, die in der Zeichnung durch eine Spannfläche 13 und einen Richtungspfeil 14 schematisch angedeutet ist. Auch das Druckstück 18 kann als Schablone entsprechend der oberen Profil kontur ausgebildet sein. Innerhalb der Drückeinrichtung 15 werden der Steg 2 und die Gurte 3 mittels der Druckzylinder 17 gegen die Unterlage 12 gepreßt und dabei sowohl gerichtet als auch gegenienander ausgerichtet. Danach wird die Spanneinrichtung 13, 14 in Betrieb gesetzt, und das Profil 1 seitlich verspannt, wobei die Spannkraft etwa das dreifache der Drückkraft beträgt. Vorzugsweise stehen die Elektroden in vertikaler und horizontaler Richtung unter einer Federkraft, so daß durch die als Distanzhalter wirkenden Gleitschuhe 22 ein stets gleichbleibender Abstand zur Leimfuge 24 (s. Figur 3) gewährleistet ist. Der gleichmäßige Andruck kann in einfacher Weise dadurch gewährleistet werden, daß die Elektroden 20 über ein Gelenk 25 an einem Halter 26 sitzen, der seinerseits unter Wirkung einer senkrecht angeordneten Feder steht. 1. Vorrichtung zum Verleimen von Holzprofilen aus Stabmaterial, z. B. T- undl-Profilen mittels Hochfrequenz, bestehend aus einer die Stäbe des Profils ausgerichtet aufnehmenden Unterlage, einer von der Seite in Richtung auf die Leimfuge (n) wirkenden Spanneinrichtung und einer das eingespannte Profil zwischen ortsfesten Elektroden der HF-Einrichtung vorbeiführenden Fördereinrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fördereinrichtung ein das Profil (1) zwischen seinen Seitenwangen (10, 11) und Boden (9) aufnehmender Wagen (8) ist, dessen Länge der größten Länge der zur Verarbeitung kommenden Profile entspricht und von dessen Seitenwangen wenigstens eine die Spanneinrichtung (13, 14) aufweist, und daß in Förderrichtung vor der HF-Einrichtung (19) eine ortsfeste Drückeinrichtung (15) zum Richten der Stäbe (2, 3) des Profils (1) durch Andrücken gegen die Unterlage (12) und gleichzeitigen Ausrichten derselben in ihrer Relativlage zueinander angeordnet ist, wobei zunächst die Drückeinrichtung (15) und erst nach deren Arbeitstakt die Spanneinrichtung (13, 14) in Tätigkeit tritt, die das Profil (1) auch nach Freigabe aus der ortsfesten Drückeinrichtung in der ausgerichteten Lage hält.
