Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement des effluents radioactifs renfermant des ions réducteurs.
Ce procédé s'appliquant aux effluents légèrement basi­ ques et contenant des ions oxydants et des ions réducteurs se caractérise en ce que, avant de transformer ces effluents en boues, on acidifie ces effluents de façon à obtenir un ph compris entre 5 et 7, on oxyde les ions réducteurs contenus dans ces effluents puis on neutralise l'acide ajouté de façon à obtenir un ph compris entre 8 et 9, l'oxydation des ions réducteurs permettant d'éviter d'éventuelles interactions entre les ions oxydants et les ions réducteurs contenus dans ces boues lors de l'enrobage de celles-ci dans du bitume.
