Claims (4)

1. Verfahren zur Oberflächenbehandlung einer hitzebeständigen Legierung, umfassend die Schritte des Aufsprühens von Plasma aus einer Chrom-Nickel-Legierung auf die Fläche eines aus hitzebeständiger Legierung hergestellten Elementes, des Aufbringens einer Streichsuspension, die Aluminiumpartikel enthält sowie der anschließenden Wärmebehandlung des gestrichenen Elementes zwecks Diffusionspenetration, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chrom-Nickel-Legierung eine. 50%-Chrom-50%-Nickel-Legierung ist, und daß die Streichsuspension zusätzlich Si02-Partikel enthält.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Aluminium- und SiO2-Partikel eine Größe von etwa 0,1 pm bis 1,0 um aufweisen.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wärmebehandlung den Schritt des Haltens des gestrichenen Elementes auf etwa 1080 Grad C umfaßt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Verfahrensschritt der Wärmebehandlung der Verfahrensschritt einer Erwärmung vorgeschaltet ist, um die Flüssigkeit aus der Suspension zu verdampfen, gefolgt von einer Wärmebehandlung bei etwa 330 Grad C.
