Definitions
- the invention relates to a connecting element of the type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1.
- connection elements the bolt eyes of which protrude beyond the components to be connected, are often difficult to obtain in a dimensionally stable manner. This is made even more difficult if, in the case of flat components, the bolt eyes form an angle with respect to the surface formed by the components for structural reasons. Then there is a particular risk that the bolt eyes will be pushed aside or buckle as a result of the pressure or tensile load.
- the object of the invention is therefore to support connecting elements of the type mentioned in such a way that lateral pushing away or kinking of the bolt eyes is avoided.
- the advantages of the invention are that the webs with their semicircular encirclement of the bolt eyes and the form-fitting adaptation to the straps that transmit the forces stiffen the connecting elements to a high degree. This makes it possible to make the bolt eyes arranged at an angle to the component plane dimensionally stable and to prevent them from being pushed away and buckling.
- a connecting element 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 which is designed according to the prior art without stiffeners, has two bolt eyes 2 and 3, which are arranged offset to one another.
- the bolt eyes 2 are mounted in an upper belt 4 and have a kink in relation to the belt heavy line.
- the bolt eyes 3 are almost in the line of gravity of a lower belt 5.
- the belts 4 and 5 are integrated in a spar 6. If a pressure force 7 acts on the bolt eyes 2 and a tensile force 8 acts on the bolt eyes 3, there is a risk that the bolt eyes 2 dodge in the direction of an arrow 9, whereby the entire connection element 1 is deformed.
- a stiffener 10 which is shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, serves to stiffen the connecting element 1.
- Two webs 10 stiffen the connecting element 1 by having approximately half the bolt eyes 2 and 3 in the width of the straps 4 and 5 with the parts 11 and 12.
- the web 10 is not designed as a full part for reasons of light construction, but is composed of support struts 10a and half loops 10b for connecting the parts 11 and 12 and for support against the spar 6, which preferably consist of 7mlt long-fiber tapes impregnated with synthetic resin.
- Lateral covers 13 are used for stiffening.
- the material for the web 10 is suitably laminated fiber-reinforced plastic. To better absorb the supporting forces that occur, the covers 13 can consist, for example, of a winding skin made of fiber-reinforced plastic with crosswise windings.
- FIG. 7 shows the connecting element 1 with the built-in webs 10.
- the connecting element is only stiffened between the bolt eyes. 2 and 3, while the interior of the fork-like connecting element remains free.
- the sectional view of FIG. 7 shows that the straps 4 and 5 are made as loops made of fiber-reinforced plastic, with a middle reinforcing strap 4a and 5a supporting the metal bushes 2a and 3a of the bolt eyes 2 and 3 under compressive forces.
- the spaces between the belts 4 and 4a and 5 and 5a are filled with fillers 4b and 5b, e.g. Short fibers embedded in synthetic resin, filled.
- Reinforcing parts 14 are provided for better introduction of the forces from the connecting element 1 into the spar 6.
- the webs 10, bolt eyes 2 and 3, covers 13 and belts 4 and 5 are interconnected by gluing.
- FIGS. 8 to 12 Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 8 to 12.
- a connection element 20 is shown, which has two axially identical bolt eyes 21 and a bolt eye 22 arranged above them.
- two mirror-like webs 23 are provided, one of which is shown in FIGS. 10 and 11.
- Each of the two webs 23 surrounds a bolt eye 21 in a semicircle and is supported with a cover 24 against the bolt eye 22.
- the sectional view in FIG. 12 shows the fundamentally the same structure of the connecting element 20 and the webs 23, as described above with reference to FIG. 7.
- connection elements can be provided with webs with at least two bolt eyes, in that they reach around a semicircle at least around one bolt eye and thus stiffen the connection element. It is also in the Framework of the invention to use other materials. For reasons of lightweight construction, however, fiber-reinforced materials are preferably used, with the highest strengths being achieved with carbon fibers.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a connecting element of the type mentioned in the preamble of
Such connection elements, the bolt eyes of which protrude beyond the components to be connected, are often difficult to obtain in a dimensionally stable manner. This is made even more difficult if, in the case of flat components, the bolt eyes form an angle with respect to the surface formed by the components for structural reasons. Then there is a particular risk that the bolt eyes will be pushed aside or buckle as a result of the pressure or tensile load.
The object of the invention is therefore to support connecting elements of the type mentioned in such a way that lateral pushing away or kinking of the bolt eyes is avoided.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung enthalten die Ansprüche 2 bis 10.This object is achieved with the features of the characterizing part of
The advantages of the invention are that the webs with their semicircular encirclement of the bolt eyes and the form-fitting adaptation to the straps that transmit the forces stiffen the connecting elements to a high degree. This makes it possible to make the bolt eyes arranged at an angle to the component plane dimensionally stable and to prevent them from being pushed away and buckling.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are described and explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing.

A connecting
Another embodiment is shown in FIGS. 8 to 12. Here, a
In a similar way, differently shaped connection elements can be provided with webs with at least two bolt eyes, in that they reach around a semicircle at least around one bolt eye and thus stiffen the connection element. It is also in the Framework of the invention to use other materials. For reasons of lightweight construction, however, fiber-reinforced materials are preferably used, with the highest strengths being achieved with carbon fibers.
