Claims (11)

1. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz mit einer Reihe von austauschbaren Trägern (2) von unterschiedlicher Art und unterschiedlichen Abmessungen, mindestens einer auf einer Frontseite mit einem Zierelement versehenen Fassung (12), die an ihrer Rückseite mit einem beliebigen Träger verbunden werden kann, Anschlußmitteln aus Steck- (3, 10) und Aufnahme- (15) Elementen dieser Fassung bzw. einer Fassung an einem Träger sowie einem Mittel (30) zum Sperren der Steck- und Aufnahme-Elemente in ihrem Verbindungszustand, wobei das Aufnahmeelement der Verbindungsmittel innerhalb der Fassung angeordnet und bleibend befestigt ist und eine Gleitfläche (18) aufweist, die in der Rückseite der Fassung offen ist und in zwei gegenüberliegende Flächen des Aufnahmeelementes einmündet, wobei der Querschnitt dieser Gleitfläche mindestens einen Teil hat, der breiter ist als die Öffnung der Gleitfläche, während das Steckelement der Verbindungsmittel, das zu einem Träger (3) gehört, einen Teil mit zur Form der Gleitfläche komplementärer Form aufweist, so daß es bei Eingreifen dieses Teiles des Steckelementes in die Gleitfläche des Aufnahmeelementes unmöglich ist, das Steckelement von dem Aufnahmeelement durch die Öffnung der Gleitfläche des Aufnahmeelementes abzuziehen, das in der Rückseite der Fassung endet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sperrmittel ein Hebel (30) ist, der in Betriebsstellung in eine Nut (28) einrastet, welche in der Fläche (15) des Aufnahmeelementes vorgesehen ist, die mit der Rückfläche (17) der Fassung (12) koplanar verläuft, und daß die Nut (28) sich im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Öffnung (19) der Gleitfläche (18) des Aufnahmeelementes (15) in der Rückseite (17) der Fassung (12) erstreckt, so daß die Rückseite des Sperrhebels (30) im wesentlichen in der Ebene der Rückseite (17) der Fassung (12) liegt, wenn der Sperrhebel (30) in seiner Betriebsstellung ist.
2. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperrhebel (30) auf seiner zur Öffnung (19) des Aufnahmeelementes gerichteten Fläche (38) der Verbindungsmittels eine Ausbauchung (39) von solcher Form aufweist, daß die Fassung (12) nur von dem Träger, mit dem sie verbunden ist, getrennt werden kann, wenn der Hebel (30) um mehr als 90° aus der Sperrposition in die Öffnungsposition geschwenkt worden ist.

Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement aus einem Behältnis (15) besteht, welches innerhalb der Fassung (12) angeordnet und bleibend befestigt ist, so daß die Seite (16), in der die Gleitfläche (18) sich öffnet, im wesentlichen koplanar zur Rückseite (17) der Fassung (12) verläuft.

Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Träger (2) einen Einschnitt (9) hat, der den Durchlaß für den Sperrhebei (30) bildet, wenn dieser in Betriebsstellung ist, wobei der Einschnitt (9) in dem Bereich (10) des Trägers (2) vorgesehen ist, der in die Gleitfläche (18) des Aufnahmeelementes (15) eingreift, das in der Fassung angeordnet ist.

Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement der zu jedem Träger gehörenden Verbindungsmittel einen Bereich (3) der Form, die derjenigen des Bereiches der Gleitfläche (18) entspricht, der breiter als die Öffnung (19) dieser Gleitfläche (18) ist, enthält, und einen weniger breiten Bereich (10), dessen Form derjenigen des Bereiches der Gleitfläche (18) entspricht, in dem die Öffnung (19) der Gleitfläche vorgesehen ist, die in die Rückseite (17) der Fassung (12) mündet.
6. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einschnitt (9) in einem Bereich (10) des Halters (2) gegenüber dem Bereich seiner größten Breite (3) vorgesehen ist.
7. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der breiteste Bereich (3) des Steckelementes jedes Trägers (2) aus einem Vorsprung (3) dieses Trägers besteht.
8. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung aus einer mit jedem Träger (2) fest verbundenen Platte besteht.
9. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsteck- bzw. Aufnahme- elemente der Verbindungsmittel einem in wesentlichen T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
10. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einsteck- und/oder die Aufnahmeelemente der Verbindungsmittel mindestens einen Anschlag (6) besitzen, der die Verschiebung des Einsteckelementes (3, 10) in dem Aufnahmeelement (15) begrenzt.
11. Schmuck- oder Juwelierstücksatz gesmäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (2) mindestens zwei Teile aus der Gruppe Ringe, Anhängerbefestigungen (41), Ohrringe (43), Broschen, Kravattennadeln, Manschettenknöpfe, Halsketten, Armbänder (45) und ähnlicher Schmuckstücke umfassen.
