Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Strahlen von Werkstücken durch mindestens ein Schleuderwerk, das in eine durch ein Muldenband aus Gummilamellen gebildete Muldenbandtrommel abstrahlt, sowie mit einer Beschikkungs- und Entleerungsvorrichtung.The invention relates to a device for blasting workpieces by at least one centrifugal unit, which emits into a trough belt drum formed by a trough belt made of rubber lamellae, and to a loading and emptying device.

Es sind Vorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art in der unterschiedlichsten Weise bekannt. Das endlose Muldenband läuft um entsprechende Umlenkrollen um und wird selbständig angetrieben. Die Mulde wird an den Stirnseiten durch Seitenscheiben seitlich begrenzt. Die Werkstücke werden in die auf diese Weise gebildete Muldenbandtrommel eingegeben, umgewälzt und mit Hilfe der Schleuderwerke bestrahlt. Bei bekannten Vorrichtungen bestehen die Lamellen bzw. Glieder des Muldenbandes vollständig aus Gummi. Dieser Werkstoff ist einem verhältnismäßig großen Verschleiß durch Abrieb und insbesondere Schnittverletzungen durch scharfkantige Werkstücke ausgesetzt, so daß die Lebensdauer des Muldenbandes bei bestimmten Anwendungsfällen verhältnismäßig gering ist (siehe z. In vorteilhafter Weise besteht die Metallauflage aus einer verschleißarmen Materialgüte, z. B.
