Claims (11)

1. Düse für das Versprühen von Flüssigkeit, enthaltend einen Körper (21), der mit einer zylindrischen Kammer (23) von gegebenem Durchmesser versehen ist, die den Eintritt der Flüssigkeit in die Düse (7b) erlaubt, eine Scheibe (27a oder 27b), die am Eintritt der Düse (7b) angeordnet ist und eine Verengung (33) für die Strömung der Flüssigkeit ausbildet, deren Durchmesser kleiner ist, als der Durchmesser der Kammer (23) und es erlaubt, den Durchsatz der in die Düse eintretenden Flüssigkeit zu begrenzen, Befestigungsmittel (37 oder 41), die es erlauben, die Scheibe (27a oder 27b) am Körper (21) der Düse festzulegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (21) in Höhe des Austritts der Flüssigkeit aus der Düse mehrere einander gleiche Löcher (9b) aufweist, die zueinander äquidistant angeordnet sind und deren Achsen gegen die Düsenachse geneigt sind, daß die Scheibe (27a oder 27b), die aus Aluminium besteht, an der Zuströmseite eine konkave Fläche (31) aufweist und daß die Flüssigkeit direkt (d.h. ohne Ablenkung oder Umleitung) von der Verengung (33) zu den Löchern (9b) strömt.
2. Sprühdüse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (23) eine Stufe (41) aufweist, die an der Wand der Kammer (23) ausgebildet ist.
3. Sprühdüse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stufe (41) an der Kammerwand eine Verringerung des Durchmessers der Kammer hervorruft und als Mittel zum Festlegen der Scheibe (27b) dient, deren Durchmesser größer ist, als der Durchmesser der Kammer (23) stromabwärts von der Stufe (41).
4. Sprühdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Festlegen der Scheibe von einem Kupplungsring (37) gebildet sind.
5. Sprühdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (21) der Düse aus einem steifen Plastikmaterial besteht.
6. Sprühdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (21) der Düse auf seiner Ausströmfläche (25) der Flüssigkeit eine solche konische Gestalt aufweist, daß die Achsen der Löcher (9a) senkrecht zu der Fläche verlaufen.
7. Sprühdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung der Lochachsen gegenüber der Düsenachse ungefähr 25° beträgt.
8. Sprühdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verengung (33) in der Scheibe (27a oder 27b) einen Durchmesser in der Größenordnung zwischen 0,7 mm und 1,8 mm aufweist.
9. Sprühdüse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Löcher (9b) einen Durchmesser in der Größenordnung zwischen 1, 4 mm und 2,5 mm besitzen.
10. Sprühdüse nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser der Verengung (33) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Löcher (9b).
11. Sprühdüse nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kupplungsring (37) aus einem elastischen Plastikmaterial besteht.
