Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Digitaluhr mit Flüssigkeits-Kristall-Anzeige und mit einer Projektionseinrichtung für die Zeitanzeige, die aus einer Lichtquelle, einer Sammellinse, einem zusätzlichen kleinen Flüssigkeits-Kristall-Display sowie einem einen Spiegel und die Projektionslinse enthaltenden Projektionsrohr besteht. Die bekannten Elektrouhren der vorgenannten Art bieten neben der normalen Zeitanzeige auf ihrem Display die Möglichkeit, die Zeitanzeige im verdunkelten Raum an die Decke zu projizieren, so daß sie der Benutzer der Uhr jederzeit auch im Liegen wahrnehmen kann. Der Nachteil dieser Uhren besteht jedoch darin, daß die Möglichkeit der Projektion der Zeitanzeige auf die Decke des Raumes beschränkt ist, in dem sich die Uhr befindet. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Möglichkeit für die Projektion der Zeitanzeige zu erweitern.The invention relates to an electric digital watch with a liquid crystal display and with a projection device for the time display, which consists of a light source, a collecting lens, an additional small liquid crystal display and a projection tube containing a mirror and the projection lens. Hierzu weist es zweckmäßig einen rechtwinklig von ihm abgehenden Ansatz auf, mit dem es in einer Gehäuseöffnung schwenkbar gelagert ist. Die in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellte elektrische Digitaluhr mit Flüssigkeits-Kristall-Anzeige weist den üblichen Aufbau auf, so daß an ihrem Gehäuse 1 ein Display 2 für die normale Zeitanzeige vorgesehen ist, Darüberhinaus ist die Digitaluhr jedoch noch mit einer Projektionseinrichtung für die Zeitanzeige versehen. Hierbei sind gemäß Figur 1 in . dem Gehäuse 1 eine Lichtquelle 3, eine Sammellinse 4 und ein zusätzliches kleines Flüssigkeits-Kristall-Display 5 vorgesehen, das ebenfalls die Zeitanzeige enthält und von derselben elektrischen Steuerschaltung beeinflußt wird wie das Hauptdisplay 2.
