Claims (1)

  1. Verfahren zum Laden eines pyrotechnischen Moduls-mit Verzögerung, aus pulverförmigen Gemischen und bestehend aus einem Zündsatz, einem Verzögerungssatz und einem Verstärkungssatz, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die nacheinanderfolgenden Fertigungsstufen umfasst:
    - Laden des ganzen Zündsatzes.
    - Laden von ca. 20% des Verzögerungssatzes.
    - Kompression durch einen kegelförmigen Stempel bei 1900 bar.
    - Laden von 60% des Verzögerungssatzes.
    - Kompression durch einen kegelförmigen Stempel bei 1900 Bar.
    - Laden des Restes des Verzögerungssatzes, dann des Verstärkungssatzes.
    - Letzte Kompression mit einem flachen Stempel bei 1900 bar.
