Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an indirectly hydraulically expanded expansion for mining, in particular a shield extension, which has at least a pair of articulated expansion levers connected to the cap and the threshold, which are articulated together at their free ends in such a way that they form a horizontal letter V form, the spreading levers are spreadable by a hydraulic cylinder against the cap or the sole threshold, with a wide range of changes in height and resistance to expansion. Such an expansion has become known from PL-A 63 639.
Furthermore, DE-A1 2507263 has disclosed a shield construction in which, in the case of indirect hydraulic spreading, spreading levers are not connected to one another at their free ends.
In the expansion known from PL-A 63 639, the indirect expansion system is formed from a system of levers connected in an articulated manner, in the form of a lying letter V. The unit which spreads the lever system and thus indirectly the expansion is a horizontal hydraulic cylinder which is attached at one end to the joint connecting the levers of the spreading system and at the other end to a fixed frame, for example an appropriately designed sole threshold. The expansion system can form a pair of levers arranged in opposite directions, the expansion cylinder connecting the opposite arms of the expansion system to one another. However, the expansion has not been used in practice for constructional and operational reasons, despite its undoubted advantages, such as a large height range and increased support force with an increase in height while the spreading force of the hydraulic cylinder decreases. In practice, however, a large stroke of the cylinder extending the levers is necessary for full coverage of the possible height range, which, among other things, complicates the traffic of the team within the expansion.
The purpose of the invention is to achieve a large multiplication of the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder in relation to the change in height of the extension and a large multiplication of the spreading force of the hydraulic cylinder in relation to the load-bearing capacity of the extension, which increases with the increase in height, while expanding the Traffic space for the team.
This is achieved according to the invention with an expansion of the type described in the introduction in that the hydraulic cylinder between the spreader levers and the ends of the hydraulic cylinder are articulated with the spreader levers at any point in their length.
According to the invention, the purpose is thus achieved by an articulated connection of the hydraulic spreading cylinder to the arms of a known lever system which connects the sole sleeper to the cap, the lever system preferably being set up in such a way that the connecting joint is directed to the side of the break and the spreading cylinder in the direction of the upcoming one Minerals is light.
In known shield configurations, in particular of the lemniscate system, the system of the levers forming the lemniscate arrangement can perform the function of an expansion system, in which case the expansion cylinder connects the expansion plate to the outer lever of the lemniscate arrangement. The spreading levers form a breakage shield and an outer arm of a lemiskate arrangement of the shield extension.
The design according to the invention makes it possible to cover a considerable range of changes in the height of the expansion with a relatively small stroke of the expansion cylinder and at the same time maintaining the principle of increasing the expansion resistance with increasing the amount of the expansion. In addition, the system used does not limit the team traffic area along the expansion outside the limits that occur in the currently used extensions.
- Figure 1 is a side view of the shield removal with multiple spreading system;
- Figures 2, 3 and 4 side views of the shield removal in exemplary embodiments.
- As shown in Fig. 1, the expansion according to the invention between the
sole sleeper 1 and thecap 2 has at least one pair of 3, 4, which are connected at the end to thelevers cap 2 and at thesole sleeper 1 in an articulated manner and in such an articulated manner to one another, that they have the shape of a lying letter V with the tip pointing towards the break. Between the 3, 4, thelevers hydraulic cylinder 5 is arranged, the ends of which are articulated to the 3, 4 in such a way that the spreading of thelevers hydraulic cylinder 5 accompanies the opening of the 3, 4 and thus a change in the height of removal. A particularly excellent force arrangement occurs in the case of the inclination of thelevers hydraulic cylinder 5 to the side of the front of the rock. - For the shield extensions of a lemniscate type, the spreading lever system forms the
fracture removal shield 6 and theouter arm 7 of the lemniscate arrangement, between which the spreadingcylinder 5 is inserted. - The exemplary embodiments shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 essentially correspond to the example according to FIG. 1. The spreading
cylinder 8 is arranged between thebreakage removal plate 6 and thecap 2. 3 is theexpansion cylinder 9 between theFracture removal shield 6 and thesole sleeper 1 used.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 4 has a pair of spreading levers. The expansion lever system forms the
