Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest obudowa górnicza, zwlaszcza oslonowa, o duzym zakresie zmian wy¬ sokosci i podpornosci z posrednim ukladem roz- porowym Znana jest z patentu polskiego nr 63 639 obudowa górnicza z posrednim ukladem rozporowym utwo¬ rzonym z ukladu przegubowo laczonych dzwigni w ksztalcie lezacej litery V.Zespolem rozpierajacym uklad dzwigni a tym samym rozpierajacym posrednio obudowe jest po¬ ziomy silownik hydrauliczny, mocowany jednym koncem, do przegubu laczacego dzwignie ukladu rozporowego a drugim do stalej bazy np. odpo¬ wiednio uksztaltowanej spagnicy. Uklad rozpiera¬ jacy moze tworzyc para dzwigni ulozonych prze- ciwsobnie a silownik rozpierajacy laczy wzajemnie przeciwlegle ramiona ukladu rozpierajacego. 2, 3, 4 i 5. 5 Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Zd 2 — 690/84 — 90 + 16 Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a mining support, especially a shield, with a wide range of changes in height and load-bearing capacity, with an intermediate expansion system. It is known from the Polish patent No. 63,639 a mining housing with an intermediate expansion system made of a system of articulated levers in the shape of a lingering letter. V. The assembly expanding the lever system and thus indirectly expanding the casing is a horizontal hydraulic cylinder, fixed at one end to the joint connecting the levers of the expansion system and the other to a fixed base, e.g. a suitably shaped spar. The spreading system may be formed by a pair of oppositely arranged levers and the expanding cylinder connects the opposing arms of the spreading system to each other. However, the casing has not found any practical application due to construction and movement reasons, despite its undoubted advantages, such as a large range of height and an increase in the support force along with an increase in height with a simultaneous decrease in the thrust force of the actuator. Practically, however, to fully cover the possible height range, a large stroke of the actuator straightening the levers is necessary, which complicates, among other things, the movement of the plunger within the casing. The aim of the invention is to obtain a large multiplication of the actuator stroke in relation to the change of the casing height and a large multiplication of force 10 and 20 30 of the strut actuator in relation to the bearing capacity of the casing, and increasing with the increase in height, with the simultaneous increase in space for the movement of the crew. This goal was achieved by articulated connection of the strut actuator with the arms of the well-known linkage linkage with the canopy , it is preferable to position the lever system so that the connecting joint is directed towards the collapse, and the expansion actuator is inclined towards the whole. In the known enclosures, especially of the lemniscate type, the arrangement of levers forming the lemniscate arrangement can perform the function of a spacer and in this case the actuator will start The trench connects the casing disc with the outer lever of the lemniscate system. The solution according to the invention allows to cover a considerable area of the housing height changes with a relatively small stroke of the strut actuator and at the same time preserving the principle of increasing the strength of the housing with the increase of the expanding height. Moreover, the applied arrangement does not limit the field of movement of the logs along the casing beyond the limits of the currently used casings. The mining casing according to the invention is shown in the exemplary embodiment in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 of which shows the casing in a side view with multiple 2, 3, 4 and 5 are the side view of the shield casing in the embodiment examples. As shown in FIG. 1, the casing according to the invention has between the log 1 and the canopy 2 at least one pair of levers 3, 4 articulated at the end to the canopy 2 and log 1 and articulated to each other so that they have the shape of a lying V, directed with its top towards the collapsed. Between the levers 3, 4 is mounted a cylinder 5, the ends of which are articulated with the levers 3, 4 so that the expansion of the actuator 5 is accompanied by the expansion of the levers 3, 4, and thus a change in the height of the housing. In the case of inclination of the cylinder 5 towards the overall front. In various variants of known casings, especially shielded ones, as shown, for example, in Figs. 2, 3, 4 and 5. Claims 1.
