Claims (6)

1. A bottle and its support, said bottle being made of saturated polyester resin comprising a neck (2), a cylindrical part (5) and a reduced-diameter part situated at the bottom end of said cylindrical part (5), a bottom wall of spherical shape oriented downwardly, the reduced-diameter part being adapted to be fitted to the support (7), which enables the bottle to be kept upright, the support (7) being integral and consisting of an outer peripheral wall intended for the concentric fitting reception of the reduced-diameter part of said bottle, an inner peripheral wall co-operating with the said outer peripheral wall to define a flat support base and extending upwardly generally concentrically with respect to the said outer peripheral wall and a central part (10) formed integral with the inner peripheral wall so as to support the bottom wall (6) of the bottle, characterised in that the inner peripheral wall touches the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall adjacent to the bottom end of the cylindrical part (5) of the bottle.
2. A bottle and its support according to claim 1, the said bottle being characterised in that the outer peripheral wall of the support (7) is a smooth cylindrical wall of the same diameter as the cylindrical part of the bottle.
3. A bottle and its support according to claim 1 or 2, the said bottle being characterised further in that a space is formed between the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall of the support (7) so as to form an annular contact surface.
4. A bottle and its support according to claim 3, the said bottle being further characterised in that the space is lined by a filling.
5. A bottle and its support according to claim 1, the said bottle being characterised in that the peripheral wall of the support (7) contains a certain number of ribs (16).
6. A bottle and its support according to claim 1, the said bottle being characterised in that there is no space between the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall of the support (7).
