Claims (14)

1. Apparat zum Reinigen von Oberflächen wie z.B. Decken und Wänden, des Typs beinhaltend eine Reinigungsrolle (6) aus einem nachgiebigen Material und mit einer zur zu reinigenden Oberfläche parallelen Achse, die drehend angetrieben ist und mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit gespeist ist und an der sich eine Wringrolle (10) abstützt, deren Achse genau parallel zu derjenigen der Reingungsrolle liegt und die aus einem der Reinigungsrolle gegenüber härteren Material besteht, wobei ein Behälter (20) zum Auffangen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit vorgesehen ist, der mit einer Evakuierungseinrichtung für die Reinigungsflüssigkeit ausgerüstet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aufweist:
einen Rahmen (1), der mittels eines Bügels (3) am Ende eines Stieles (4) montiert ist und als Support für zwei Rollen (5) dient, die, parallel, in der Nähe zweier Ränder des Rahmens angeordnet sind und aus einem harten, aber einen guten Reibkoeffizienten aufweisenden Material gebildet sind und die drehend angetrieben sind und dazu bestimmt sind, die Abstützung des Apparates und seine Verlagerung auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche zu gewährleisten,
eine Reinigungsrolle (6) mit einer Achse parallel zu den sich auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche abstützenden Rollen, die hinter diesen angeordnet ist und die im Verhältnis zu diesen im umgekehrten Drehsinn angetrieben ist und die durch ein dazu paralleles Rampenstück (8) mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit gespeist ist, und
einen Rakel (18) aus einem nachgiebigen Material, der hinter der Reinigungsrolle angeordnet ist und dazu bestimmt ist, sich an der zu reinigenden Oberfläche auf der ganzen Breite des Apparates abzustützen.
2. Apparat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstütz- und Antriebsrollen einen kleineren Querschnitt als die Reinigungsrolle haben und drehend mit einer Geschwindigkeit angetrieben sind, die kleiner ist als die Drehgeschwindigkeit der letzteren.

Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen zwischen den beiden Antriebsrollen, die in der Nähe zweier seiner Ränder angeordnet sind, zwei aufeinanderfolgende Baugruppen trägt, die jede eine nachgiebige Rolle, ein Rampenstück für die Speisung mit einer Flüssigkeit, eine Wringrolle und einen Rakel beinhalten.
4. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche abstützenden Rollen (5) transversal zum Rahmen (1) einstellbar montiert sind.

Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rampenstück (18) für die Speisung mit einer Reinigungsflüssigkeit hinter der Reinigungsrolle (6), bezogen auf die Vorbewegungsrichtung des Apparates, montiert ist und eine Schutzkappe (16) parallel zur Ebene des Rahmens zwischen der Speiserampe (8) und der Abstützebene des Apparates auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche angeordnet ist.
6. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) schwenkbeweglich an dem Bügel um eine Achse (2) quer zur Vorbewegungsrichtung des Apparates angeordnet ist.
7. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stiel (4) um den Mittelbereich des Bügels (3) um eine Achse längs zum Rahmen schwenkbeweglich angeordnet ist.
8. Apparat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Rahmen tragende Bügel (3) schwenkbeweglich auf dem Stiel um eine Achse senkrecht zu derjenigen der Rollen (5, 6, 7, 10, 12), die der Rahmen trägt, montiert ist mit einer elastischen Rückstellung des zentralen Armes des Bügels senkrecht zum Stiel (4), wenn die Wasch- und Spülrollen nicht mehr an die zu reinigende Oberfläche angedrückt sind.
9. Apparat nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil des Stieles (4) eine nach oben offene Kapsel (27) bildet, in deren Seitenflügeln mittige und längliche Schlitze (28) vorgesehen sind, wobei der zentrale Arm (29) des Bügels mit dieser Kapsel in Eingriff steht und einander gegenüberliegende Finger (30) aufweist, die in den beiden Schlitzen stecken, wobei eine Feder (32) im Inneren des Stieles angeordnet ist, die sich mit ihrem unteren Ende gegen einen Anschlag (33) und mit ihrem oberen Ende gegen den zentralen Arm des Bügels abstützt und wobei ferner die Kapsel in der Nähe ihres Endes eine Achse (34) trägt, die die beiden Seitenflügel verbindet und die mit zwei symmetrischen Rampen (35) zusammenwirkt, die fest mit dem zentralen Arm des Bügels verbunden sind und ein nach oben offenes V bilden.
10. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stiel (4) eine einstellbare Länge hat und einen unteren Bereich beinhaltet, der mit einer Fussrolle (37) versehen ist, wobei der untere Bereich des Stieles elastisch bezüglich des oberen Bereiches des Stieles montiert ist.
11. Apparat nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fussrolle (37) einem Hebel (38) zugeordnet ist, seine Raumorientierung zu ermöglichen und auf dem die Steuermittel für den Antrieb der Rollen und die Speisung mit Wasch- und Spülflüssigkeit montiert sind.
12. Apparat nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Hebel (38) eine Bremse (39) zugeordnet ist, die in Wirkung tritt, sobald der Hebel sich in seiner Freigabestellung befindet.
13. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stiel aus drei rohrförmigen Elementen gebildet ist, und zwar einem unteren Element (36) grösseren Querschnittes, das mit einer Fussrolle (37) ausgerüstet ist, einem Zwischenelement (42), das in dem unteren Element gleiten kann und an seinem oberen Ende einen Bund (43) trägt, der mit einem an dem unteren Element (36) montierten Klinkenriegel (44) zusammenwirkt, wenn das Zwischenelement (42) in das untere Element gegen die Wirkung einer Feder (40) eingesteckt ist, die zwischen den beiden Elementen angeordnet ist, und ferner aus einem oberen Element (45) einstellbarer Länge, das in das Zwischenelement eingesteckt und bezüglich des Zwischenelementes dann translatorisch blockiert ist.
14. Apparat nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stiel am Ende eines Hebels (47) montiert ist, dessen zentraler Bereich an einem Gehänge angehängt ist und dessen anderes Ende einen Handgriff trägt.
