Claims (9)

1. Toit ou construction de paroi (1) d'un bâtiment, qui est garni, vers l'intérieur, de poutres parallèles (2) régulièrement espacées, auxquelles sont fixés des panneaux d'isolation rigides (3), chaque panneau d'isolation (3) étant placé entre les côtés opposés de deux poutres adjacentes (2), lesdits côtés desdites poutres (2) étant pourvus de profilés en cornière (9) et, le long des bords correspondants du panneau d'isolation (3), d'autres profilés en cornière (7) sont prévus, coopérant, par un adjustement à encliquetage, avec les profilés en cornière (9) fixés aux poutres (2), caractérisé par le fait que les autres profilés en cornière (7) sont fixés aux bords correspondants du panneau d'isolation (3), et que chacun d'eux est pourvu d'un rebord en saillie, et par le fait que le profilé en cornière (9) fixé à une poutre (2) possède une section transversale en forme de Z ou en forme de L, respectivement avec des angles droits ou un angle droit, et une aile élastique (9d) dirigée vers le toit (1) ou la paroi, ce par quoi le rebord du profilé en cornière (7) s'encliquette en arrière du bord libre de l'aile élastique (9d).
2. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'aile élastique (9d) se rattache à famé du profilé en comière (9) fixé à une poutre (2) au voisinage de l'un des angles droits ou de l'un des bords.
3. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé en cornière (8) fixé au panneau d'isolation (3) a une section transversale en forme de L ou en forme de U, dont la branche (7a) s'appuyant contre le bord du panneau d'isolation (3) est pourvue du rebord en saillie, qui s'encliquette en arrière du bord libre de l'aile (9d) du profilé en cornière (9) sur la poutre (2) qui coopère avec lui, ladite branche (7a) étant en outre pourvue d'un moyen de fixation pour relier le profilé en cornière (7) et le panneau d'isolation (3).
4. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la branche (7a) qui s'appuie contre le bord du panneau d'isolation (3) est étagée, ce par quoi le rebord en saillie est formé par l'étagement.
5. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par le fait que, dans un profilé en cornière (7) en forme de U, les deux branches parallèles (7b, 7c) s'appuient contre les surfaces frontale et arrière (5, 6) du panneau d'isolation (3).
6. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4 ou 5, caractérisé par le fait que les autres bords de chaque panneau d'isolation (3) sont, eux aussi, pourvus de profilés en cornière identiques, les deux profilés en comière regardant dans des directions opposées, de façon que les profilés en cornière adjacents de panneaux d'isolation adjacents (3) correspondent les uns aux autres en laissant une rainure entre eux.
7. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé en cornière (7) de chaque panneau d'isolation (3) possède en cornière (7) de chaque panneau d'isolation (3) possède une lèvre (7d) sur sa branche non en regard du toit (1) ou de la paroi, ladite lèvre (75 étant dirigée à l'opposé du bord du panneau d'isolation (3), ladite lèvre (7d) recouvrant tout espace entre les profilés en cornière (7, 9) coopérant l'un avec l'autre.
8. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé en cornière (9) se trouvant sur la poutre (2) possède une lèvre sur sa branche opposée au toit (1) ou à la paroi, ladite lévre partant d'un coin du profilé en cornière (9) se trouvant sur la poutre (2) et allant vers le bord du panneau d'isolation (3), ladite lévre recouvrant tout espace entre les profilés en cornière (7, 9) coopérant l'un avec l'autre.
9. Toit ou construction de paroi selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que la lèvre est pourvue d'interruptions permettant de démonter les panneaux d'isolation (3).
