Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kupplungsvorrichtung für Power and Free- Schleppkreisförderer gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a coupling device for power and free drag chain conveyor according to the preamble of claim 1.
Es ist eine Kupplungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 bekannt (EP-A1-0020 861 unter Art. 54 Absatz 3 das EPÜ fallend), die zwei auf einer gemeinsamen Achse spiegelbildlich und schwenkbeweglich gelagerte Kupplungsbacken aufweist. Da bei der bekannten Kupplungsvorrichtung die Kupplungsbacken wie auch der Auslöse- und der Mitnahmekopf aus metallischem Werkstoff besteht, ist somit eine wirkungsvolle Geräuschdämpfung während des Betriebes nicht zu erreichen. Die Kupplungsbacken 21 und 22 sind Spritzgußformkörper aus einem Werkstoff mit guten Gleit- und Geräuschdämpfungseigenschaften. Als zusätzliche Maßnahme zur Geräuschminderung sind im Bereich der Längsrippen 39, 39' in den Wandungen der Kupptungsbacken,21 und 22 kleine Dämpfungskörper 40 vorgesehen.The
Die Kupplungsbacken 21 und 22 sind mit angeformten Lageraugen 41 und 42 auf der Achse 9 gelagert, die außerdem noch einen Anschlagkörper 43 trägt, der aus einer auf der Achse 9 mittels eines Spannstiftes 44 befestigten Büchse 45 mit angeformten Fahnen 46 und 47 besteht. Der Anschlagkörper 43 verhindert auf diese Weise, daß die beiden Kupplungsbacken 21, 22 gemeinsam über die Miftelstellung hinaus nach der einen oder der anderen Seite schwenken können, während das seitliche Ausschwenken jeder einzelnen Kupplungsbacke 21 bzw. 22 durch den Anschlagkörper 43 nicht behindert wird. Verhindert wird demzufolge nur, daß die Kupplungsvorrichtung unter dem Einfluß starker Pendelbewegungen eines geschleppten Förderwagens, dessen Mitnahmekopf mit strichpunktierten Linien in Fig. 1 angedeutet ist, seitlich versetzt wird, weil dadurch der Mitnahmekopf des geschleppten Förderwagens möglicherweise aus der von den Ausnehmungen 23 der Kupplungsbacken 21, 22 gebildeten Tasche T auskuppeln könnte.In this way, the
