Abstract
Horizontal und diagonal angeordnete Rohre von Fach werkskonstruktionen, z. B. für Dächer von Fabrikshallen, werden in Knotenpunkten zusammengeführt, die Zug- und Druckkräfte aufnehmen müssen. Die Enden der Rohre werden dazu meist flachgequetscht, und die der Quetsch zone benachbarte Zone des Rohres folgt einem natürli chen, gebauchten Verlauf. Erfindungsgemäß wird dieser Verlauf beim Quetschen der Enden durch zwei trapezför mig angeordnete Preßbacken annähernd linear (8) ge staltet, wodurch die Ausknickfestigkeit und Beulfestigkeit der Knotenverbindung wesentlich steigt. Der Winkel α, den die beiden sich keilförmig verjüngenden Mantelflächen (8a, 8b) miteinander einschließen, beträgt vorzugsweise 20-28 Grad. Besonders zweckmäßig ist die Anordnung eines Knotenstückes zwischen den flachgequetschten En den der Gurt- und Diagonalstäbe, wodurch sich die Ach sen der Diagonalstäbe in den Achsen der Gurtstäbe (1) in demselben Punkt treffen; dies schließt jede Exzentrizi tät aus und läßt keine Drehmomente entstehen.
