Abstract

Each connecting piece (3) consists of a box joined to a tubular structure pipe (4). The shape of each piece is such that it may be bolted to a similar piece to form a nucleus of the honeycombe. The shape of the connecting piece is such that the nucleus may be designed for any number of tubes and each connecting piece is bolted to the next. A variety of shapes are made to allow honeycombes to be cubic or having another shpae. Edge connectors are shaped accordingly to joint onto the outside beams.
