Description

The invention relates to a tie rod for anchoring components in a base body, e.g. Rock, brick, concrete body, among other things, in which an anchor rod is arranged within a sleeve attached to the anchoring mass on the mountain side, the sleeve having an internal thread on its inner side facing the anchor rod, the anchor rod having an external thread on its outer side facing the sleeve its mountain-side end is closed, the internal thread of the sleeve, at least at the closed end, has a larger pitch than the threads of the anchor rod and the threads of the anchor rod sit with play in the thread grooves of the sleeve. Rock and earth anchors are used in tunneling, earthworks and mining and are used to hold earthworks, formwork, etc. Such an anchor for anchoring components in the ground or rock has become known from DE-A-2 557 978. This anchor consists of a round rod, which is provided with an external thread and forms the tension member, and which is screwed into a threaded tube which is designed as a sleeve and is to be held in the anchoring compound. In this tube, the pitches of the threads of the tension member and the threaded tube are the same, with lubricant being introduced in between. With this anchor, all threads are loaded evenly. A disadvantage of this anchor is that it is unsuitable for high loads.

From FR-A-1 390 986 it has become known that, in order to achieve a larger, more uniform load on the threads of a screw connection, the pitch at one end of the internal thread of the sleeve-like elements is designed differently, with a slope increasing towards the lower end.

The closest to the preamble of claim 1 FR-A-2 077 000 describes a screw connection in which the internal thread of the nut has a greater pitch than the external thread of the screw, the draw bolt or the like. and an axial play is provided between the thread grooves of the nut and the threads of the draw bolt. The aim of this was to ensure that when the bolt is subjected to tensile stress, whether due to the load on the bolt or due to a pretensioning device, all threads become effective due to the expansion of the bolt seated in the nut thread.

In order to achieve the wearing of all threads even in a comparatively long nut thread, very high tensile stresses would have to be applied to the bolt, etc. Tensile stresses that reach the permissible tension of the bolt material, but which should also have exceeded it. It would be conceivable to make the path difference as small as possible in order to be able to cope with lower tensile loads. However, it should be borne in mind that any reduction in the path difference necessitates an increase in the accuracy required in production, which naturally increases production costs. Such procedures are already limited for economic reasons.

Diese bekannte Schraubverbindung war daher eher nachteilig. This known screw connection was therefore rather disadvantageous.

To simplify the screw connection and to reduce the production costs, the invention proposes a tie rod of the type specified at the beginning, in which, according to the invention, the pitch of the internal thread of the sleeve is greatest at the closed end thereof, gradually decreases towards the open end and to half to two thirds of the length the pitch of the thread of the anchor rod is the same.

To produce such a course of the sleeve thread, high precision is only required over part of the length of the sleeve thread, precisely in the section in which the pitch changes. However, even with such a screw connection, a larger number of thread turns is achieved evenly than with conventional screws with a constant thread pitch, but with a much lower load or pretension than with the connection according to FR-A-2 077 000.

According to a further feature of the invention, the sleeve, including the external and internal thread, is designed as an unprocessed casting made of aluminum or gray cast iron. The sleeve is preferably provided with a wedge-shaped cutting edge at its closed end.

  • Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt der Hülse,
  • Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht des Ankerstabes,
  • Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt desselben und
Further details of the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, in which an embodiment of the tie rod according to the invention is shown. Show it
  • 1 shows a longitudinal section of the sleeve,
  • 2 is a side view of the anchor rod,
  • Fig. 3 shows a cross section of the same and
  • Fig. 4 shows a cross section of a modified form of the sleeve with an inserted anchor rod.

The tie rod has a sleeve 1, which as a casting made of metal, preferably aluminum or gray cast iron, has a cylindrical base body 4, on the outside of which an external thread 3 and on the inside of which an internal thread 2 is provided, so that the external diameter of the internal thread «d» is smaller than the inside diameter of the external thread, and the difference between the two diameters corresponds to the actual wall thickness --a-- of the base body 4 of the sleeve 1. The external thread 3 is sawtooth-shaped, so that the surface 5, which is essentially perpendicular to the axis of the sleeve, faces outwards in the installed state of the sleeve 1 and the inclined surface 6 is directed inwards, as a result of which a high resistance to tensile action in the direction of Arrow A is given. The threads of the external thread 3 are close to one another, while the internal thread 2 is provided with a larger pitch, so that there is a distance -b- between the individual threads. To prevent notch stresses, the inner flank outlets of the external thread can be rounded. The sleeve 1 is open at one end and closed at its other end in a wedge-shaped cutting edge 10.

The anchor rod 7, which is screwed into the sleeve 1, has an external thread 8 corresponding to the internal thread 2, which is designed as a so-called mammoth thread, the threads of which, as can be seen in FIG. 3, only extend over part of the surface and on run diametrically opposite points in the lateral surface, so that two axially extending, diametrically opposite, smooth lateral surfaces 9 are formed. In order to prevent tolerances of the internal thread of the sleeve 1 and the external thread of the anchor rod 7 when the same is subjected to tensile load, only the threads located near the outer end of the sleeve 1 absorb the total load, which could tear off the sleeve end, is advantageously the slope of the Internal thread 2 of the sleeve 1 at the closed end of the same by a small tolerance larger than would be intended for the anchor rod 7, whereby, as can be seen from FIG. 4, the innermost threads 10, 11 come into effect and the load on the entire sleeve length is transmitted. For this purpose, the height --H-- of the thread grooves 12 of the sleeve 1 must be greater than the height "h" of the threads 13 of the anchor rod 7, so that the threads 13 of the anchor rod 7 have a play in the thread grooves 12 of the sleeve 1 . This tolerance can be a few tenths of a millimeter, e.g. 0.2 mm. This tolerance preferably extends to at least half, expediently two thirds of the sleeve length and is continuously smaller and smaller, so that the slope at the closed sleeve end is greatest, and gradually decreases to the normal slope in half or two thirds of the length, so that at the end of this length there is a normal slope, that is to say the slope corresponding to the slope of the thread 8 of the anchor rod 7.

To fix the anchor rod 7 in a rock, an adhesive cartridge is first inserted into a rock hole, whereupon the sleeve 1 is inserted into the hole and driven in by a hammer blow so that it destroys the adhesive cartridge with the cutting edge 10, as a result of which the adhesive encloses the sleeve end . By further driving or screwing the sleeve 1 into the rock hole by means of a setting tool driven by a drilling machine, the adhesive is pressed progressively between the gears of the external thread 3, or driven through it, so that when the sleeve 1 is completely sunk in the rock, the adhesive all Has penetrated threads, and after hardening causes the sleeve to be firmly anchored in the rock. The anchor rod 7 is screwed into the sleeve 1 fastened in this way.

Of course, various design changes can be made within the scope of the invention. So it is possible to provide a different thread or simple elevations instead of the sawtooth-like external thread 3, whereby anchoring in the adhesive mass is achieved. Instead of increasing the thread pitch at the end, a reduction thereof can be chosen compared to that of the anchor rod 7.

Due to its preferred anchoring properties, the sleeve 1 according to the invention can be dimensioned such that it can be found with a relatively small amount of the adhesive, which is expensive per se.

Plastic adhesives with high strength are primarily used as adhesives. But there is also the possibility of using other masses, which give the required anchoring strength.
