Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improved stand for cavity walls and the like, which has such a shape that at least one additional plate or the like can be arranged on the stand in the cavity between the two walls without anchoring with screws, bolts and the like.
As is well known, double-walled partitions are generally used in modern construction for their numerous advantages with respect to the conventional partitions. According to the respective requirements with regard to fire protection and mechanical strength, a suitable choice between different types of material can be made for each individual application and the number and thickness of the panels change greatly from case to case. The cavity width and the type of material for the possible filling of the cavity can be selected according to the desired level of sound or heat insulation. Another great advantage of such double dividing walls is based on the fact that the arrangement of electrical lines, inflow and outflow pipes of sanitary facilities etc. in the cavity of a double wall does not pose any difficulties and furthermore promotes the beautiful appearance of the overall construction.
However, it is shown in certain applications that the aforementioned double-walled partition walls and even those with D oppelbeplattung and with the required sound insulation in the cavity equipped not always satisfy all the claims.
D a, the electric lines and the tubes of the Stanitäranlagen are preferably laid in the cavity of the double walls as aforesaid, it may happen that the typical advantages of the relevant double sheath walls thereof destroy be done when drilling. That is why the proposal has already been made to provide such walls with a double frame with a view to arranging a third panel between the two outer walls. However, this solution has the disadvantage of a significant increase in the total wall thickness, a considerable delay in assembly, a relatively greater consumption of profile material, etc.
The applicant has now found that the abovementioned disadvantages can be remedied by means of a novel stand which enables one or more inner plates to be arranged in the cavity without special measures for anchoring them in the cavity.
The characteristic shape of the stand according to the invention enables one or more plates to be arranged in the interior of the hollow partition wall without the aid of any special device. According to the basic idea of the invention, it is sufficient to push the inner wall or the inner walls into special openings or grooves of the stand during the assembly of the actual partition in order to fix them firmly.
The stand according to the invention can have a different shape according to the respective requirements, but the basic idea always remains the same.

The
The long sides of the
E rfindungsgemäss the result is now possible in the above-mentioned hollow space between the two
The stands or profiles according to the invention differ essentially from the conventional stands in that they are provided over their entire body 8 with a series of collars, ribs, lips or
The stands or profiles according to the invention are produced from a suitable material, such as preferably from a metal.
In the example according to the Figure 2, the
In this way, there are interrupted grooves or
These grooves or grooves can of course also be done differently than in the manner described above.
A stand according to the invention can also be produced, for example, by suitable bending, rolling or extrusion, in such a way that a vertical groove is formed on both sides, the width of which almost corresponds to the thickness of the plate to be pushed in, and always a stop to prevent the plate from being inserted too deeply into the Stand or lateral displacement of the same is provided in the stand.
Figures 8-12 relate to five versions of the
The present invention is of course in no way limited to the profiles or stands described for example in the preceding lines and is suitable for the most varied modifications and adaptations thereof, the stands even being able to be provided with several pairs of grooves for arranging several plates in the cavity, all of course provided that the scope of the invention is not exceeded.
