Abstract

Metal shelving for use in the domestic and industrial field, frequently also called wall shelving, consists of rails (1) provided with longitudinal slots, of flat supports (2) having hooks (10) formed on one support end, for suspension in the longitudinal slots, and of at least one shelf base (3) which can be placed upon two supports and has downwardly folded edge strips (11) on all four sides, the lateral edge strips gripping over the supports and bearing against the outer sides thereof. To secure the shelf base against forward and rearward displacement, two projections (7,6), for example embossed hemispherical caps, are formed on each support (2), the said projections facing the associated other support and bearing against the front and rear edge strips (11) of the shelf base (3) respectively. The shelf base (3) is flush with the front end of the supports (2) whilst the rear edge of the shelf base (3) is spaced apart from the rail (1) in order to be able to insert a shelving back wall (4). Die Erfindung betrifft ein Stahlregal, bestehend aus insbesondere U-förmig profilierten; mit Längsschlitzen versehenen Schienen, aus flachen Trägern mit an einem Trägerende angeformten Haken zum Einhängen in die Längsschlitze und aus wenigstens einem auf zwei Träger auflegbaren Fachboden, der an allen vier Seiten nach unten abgekantete Randstreifen aufweist, wobei die seitlichen Randstreifen über die Träger greifen und an deren Außenseiten anliegen. Solche Vorsprünge lassen sich beim Ausstanzen der Träger im gleichen Arbeitsgang anbringen. Dies wird gerade dadurch möglich, daß der Fachboden mittels der Vorsprünge gegen Verschieben nicht nur nach vorn sondern auch nach hinten gesichert ist. Der Vorteil des erwähnten, bei allen Fachböden gleichen Abstandes liegt darin, daß man dieses Regal mit ei.ner Rückwand, beispielsweise einer sogenannten Lochplatte benutzen kann. Lochplatten sind ebene, mit einem bestimmten Lochmuster versehene Stahlblechplatten, deren vertikale Ränder nach hinten abgekantet und ähnlich den Trägern mit angeformten Haken versehen sind. Die Anordnung wird vorzugsweise so getroffen, daß der Abstand zwischen der Frontfläche der Schienen und den Lochplatten den Abstand zwischen der Schienenfrontfläche und dem hinteren Randstreifen des Fachbodens gerade ausfüllt. Außerdem werden die Träger vorzugsweise nur so dick bemessen, daß ihre Haken mit je einem Haken der Lochplatte zusammen in je einen Längsschlitz der Schiene eingefügt werden können. Die vorderen Vorsprünge 7 und 9 liegen um wenig mehr als Blechdicke vom vorderen Ende der Träger entfernt, so daß die Träger mit dem vorderen Randstreifen 14 nahezu bündig sind, was der Träger-Fachboden-Kombination eine schlichte, kastenartige Form ohne Vorsprünge verleiht. Zum Schutz gegen Verletzungen ist der vordere Randstreifen 14 unten ein wenig nach hinten abgekantet.
