System for fixing an appliance (2) to a cartridge of fluid under pressure (1), possessing a sampling and/or filling valve (1e) and an annular rim (1d), which surrounds this valve, said fixing system comprising: a central core (4) integral with said appliance, possessing fluid sampling means (5), which are intended to interact with the valve (1 e) of said cartridge, an annular piece (3) surrounding the central core (4), possessing on its periphery several hooking members (9, 13, 20), which can be snapped under the annular rim (1d) of the cartridge (1), each hooking member possessing a hooking catch (9c, 14, 24), which is movable towards the recessed wall of said annular rim of the cartridge, means of displacing the central core (4) axially in relation to and within the annular piece (3), possessing, on the one hand, a tapping on the inside of the annular piece (3) and, on the other hand, a threading on the outside of the central core (4), with which said tapping interacts, characterised in that the hooking members (9, 13, 24) can be snapped on the inside of the annular rim (1d) of the cartridge (1) and each possess a means (9d, 13, 23) of positive locking of said catch (9c, 24) on the inside of and under said rim (1d), this positive locking means being actuated directly by the lower part of the central core (4), upon the axial displacement of the latter on the inside of the annular piece (3).
2. System according to Claim 1, characterised in that each hooking member consists of a claw-shaped hooking member (9), which is fixed at one end to the annular piece (3) and the opposite end of which takes the form of an oblique prolongation (9d), which constitutes said positive locking means and which extends at least partly beneath the lower part of the central core (4), said member (9) possessing an intermediate part shaped into a hooking catch (9c).
3. System according to Claim 2, characterised in that the annular piece (3) assumes the form of a bell (6), which possesses a tubular chimney (7), in which the tapping is made, said annular piece being provided with an opening (8) allowing the passage of each hooking member (9), which is riveted on the upper face of said bell.
4. System according to Claim 3, characterised in that the annular piece (3) possesses means (7c, 7d) to make it inseparable from the central core (4) of the appliance.
5. System according to Claim 4, characterised in that the top part of the central core (4) is provided with at least one peripheral groove (4a), in which at least one projecting part (7c, 7d), directed towards the inside of the chimney, is accommodated, the groove being provided with a height such that the piece can cause the positive locking of the hooking members (9).
6. System according to Claim 1, characterised in that each hooking member (9) consists of a pivoting element (13) possessing at least two teeth (14), the one constituting said hooking catch and the other, opposite, constituting said positive locking means.
7. System according to Claim 6, characterised in that each pivoting element (13) is mounted rotatably on a pin (12), which is held in a skirt (11) integral with the annular piece (3).
8. System according to Claim 6, characterised in that the pivoting elements (13) are mounted rotatably on a circular retaining ring (16), which is held in a groove (11 d) of the skirt (11) of the annular piece (3).
9. System according to Claim 8, characterised in that the retaining ring (16) is designed elastically, so as to hold itself in the groove (11d) made in the annular piece (3).
10. System according to Claim 8, characterised in that the retaining ring (16) is accommodated in an internal groove (11 c) made in the internal skirt (11) of the annular piece (3).
11. System according to Claim 1, characterised in that each hooking member has the form of an elastic jaw (20), which possesses outwardly a projection (24) constituting said hooking catch and inwardly a part with an oblique surface (22) constituting said positive locking means (23).
12. System according to Claim 11, characterised in that each hooking member (20) possesses, in addition, a nose (25), which is applied against the top of the annular rim (1 d) of the cartridge (1), when said member (20) is locked positively under the rim (1d).
