Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a high-voltage isolating switch with a first and a second tubular pivoting switching arm, at least two contact fingers being attached to the first switching arm, which in the switched-on position are in engagement with a counterpart on the second switching arm.
Contact arrangements with contact fingers have long proven themselves in high-voltage disconnectors, preferably in rotary disconnectors. Because the contact fingers at their free ends make the mating contact between them, the contact fingers form current paths arranged parallel to one another, as a result of which a force field is formed is due to which the contact fingers attract each other, especially in the event of a short circuit, so that the contact pressure is increased and a safe current supply of the contact is achieved.
With regard to the mounting of the contact fingers, there have so far been solutions which could not be satisfied because of their relatively high outlay. Thus, a contact holder for a high-voltage disconnector has become known, which is designed as a cast part that is to be fastened to the pivotably arranged switching arm. This cast part must be machined since bores or cutouts must be provided in which the contact fingers are held and fastened by means of clamping lugs and screw connections. The production and the subsequent processing of the casting are economically relatively complex. The same also applies to the attachment of the counter switching piece to the other switching arm. Here, too, a cast part is to be provided, to which the counter switching piece is fastened, which cast part must also be machined and therefore economically complex.
The invention has for its object to provide a high-voltage disconnector, in which the mounting of the contact fingers or the counterpart is considerably simplified.
This object is achieved in that for holding the contact fingers, the first switching arm is shaped so that openings corresponding to the number of contact fingers are formed, into which the contact fingers are inserted and which at least partially enclose the contact fingers, with a constriction between two contact fingers is formed, and that clamping elements are provided, which for clamping the contact fingers on serve the first switching arm.
The same solution can also be used to hold the counterpart: the second switching arm can be deformed at its own free end, similar to the free end of the first switching arm, in such a way that at least two openings are formed, into which moldings on the counterpart can be inserted, which openings are the Formations at least partially include; a constriction is formed between two openings; Furthermore, clamping elements are provided in the same way as in the first switching arm, which are used to clamp the formations of the counter-switching piece on the first switching arm.
This configuration can be provided for two, three as well as four contact fingers; If two contact fingers or two formations are provided on the counter contact piece, at the free end of the first and the second switching arm is the area of the free end which lies between the contact fingers or the projections, with the formation of two parallel sections whose spacing from one another is less than the diameter of the contact fingers or the formations, constricted; this area carries the clamping elements, which act on the two parallel sections to clamp the contact fingers or the formations. The advantages achieved by the invention are, in particular, that the tubular switching arms themselves are designed as contact holders, the contacts, that is to say the contact fingers and the counter-switching piece, being clamped directly in the tubular switching arm. This eliminates the additional use of a clamping head and the associated machining work as well as clamping plates with associated screw connections. The pressure force generated on the basis of the type of clamping Contact fingers or on the formations on the counter contact piece are particularly large when two contact fingers or two formations are to be clamped. In the case when four contact fingers are clamped in, four constrictions are provided, two each lying opposite one another and being moved towards one another by means of the clamping elements. The tensioning elements then run perpendicular to one another, as do two adjacent constrictions.
Due to the special embodiment of the invention, there is also the possibility of arranging a holder for a locking hook of the disconnector in a constriction of the first tubular switching arm and fastening it with the tensioning elements.
In this case, there is the possibility that an extension is provided on the counter switching piece, which is engaged by the locking hook in the switched-on position.

Die Befestigung des Schaltarmes 5 mit den zugehörigen Kontaktfingern soll weiter unten beschrieben werden.1 schematically shows a high-voltage disconnector designed as a two-column rotary isolator, which has a
The two
Fig. 4). The
With the
At the free end of the
To attach the
The arrangement or the configuration of the
