Abstract
Leiutis kuulub madala orgaanilise osa sisaldusega tahkete kütuste termilise töötlemise valdkonda ja seda saab kasutada kütuseid ümbertöötlevas tööstuses. Põlevkivi või ka teiste madala orgaanilise osa sisaldusega kütuste töötlemine näeb ette kütuse kuivatamise suitsugaasidega, täkke faasi eraldamise soojuskandjaks, tooraine pürolüüsi reaktoris, auru-gaasisegu ja koksi-ja tuhasegu jäägi lahutamise setitamiskambris, tuha eraldamise, suitsugaaside jahutamise ning koksi- ja tuhasegu jäägi põletamise. Seade meetodi realiseerimiseks sisaldab järjestikku ühendatud reaktori, selituskambri, aerofontäänkolde, soojuskandja tsükloni, tuhatsükloni, soojuse utiliseerimise süsteemi ning tuhaärastussüsteemi ja inertse materjali punkri, mis on ühendatud koksi- ja tuhasegu jäägi põletamise kambri väljundiga. Leiutis võimaldab põlevkivi energeetilise potentsiaali täielikuma ärakasutamise ja ümbritsevale keskkonnale vähemohtliku jääkprodukti (põlevkivituha). Sellist jääkprodukti saab kasutada ärakasutatud põlevkivi-karjääride rekultiveerimiseks.
