Abstract

A control unit 7 controls the discarded amount of the mixed fluid of the residual heavy oil fraction and the supercritical water, based on the volume of the height of the position of the first phase found, such that a residence time of the mixed fluid of the fraction of residual heavy oil and the supercritical water dissolved in the fraction of residual heavy oil, it becomes a first residence time, which has been adjusted in advance.
