Abstract

El invento consiste en una máquina lavadora para restos de hormigon fresco u otro tipo de materiales con un pequeño volumen de agua, con una mejora contundente en el corte de separación de los áridos y agua de lavado. Con ello se puede construir un equipo lavador compacto y a la vez económico en precio. Los restos de material son descargados en la tolva, lavados y a continuacion transportados a través de los módulos 2 y 3, y en su camino ascendente deshidratados. A través del dispositivo de ajuste, el árbol del sinfín se puede bajar y con ello compensar desgastes de la hélice, manteniendo la capacidad de lavado y también se puede regular la misma para la exigencia de distintos tipos de materiales. El equipo lavador sirve para preservar el medio ambiente y el ahorro en el uso de espacios de deposición y aumenta la economía en ganancias de las empresas productoras de hormigón a través de la reutilización por reciclado de los materiales recuperados y el agua recuperada.
