Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para el pretratamiento de una carga para un biorreactor de lixiviación en pilas de superficie no agitada mediante la aplicación en secuencia de soluciones de pretratamiento primera y segunda a una carga para un biorreactor de lixiviación en pilas de superficie no agitada, en el que la primera solución posee un contenido de hierro superior a 5 g/l y un pH inferior a 2, y la segunda solución contiene una población microbiana sustancialmente superior. La invención se refiere además a métodos para adaptar una población microbiana para utilizar en un biorreactor de lixiviación en pilas de superficie no agitada.
