Abstract
El método y proceso para producir rejuvenecimiento aparente, poros pequeños, y piel suave comprende el pre tratamiento de la piel tópicamente con ácido retinoico, aplicando un contaminante en aceite a la piel, y removiendo el contaminante por estallido o ruptura del mismo con la luz de láser. Cuando se está tratando la cara, remover el contaminante requiere solo aproximadamente 4 minutos. La luz de láser por sí misma no lastima la piel pero la ruptura del contaminante produce daño térmico en la dermis superior dejando la epidermis intacta. Los tratamientos intermitentes repetidos de láser y las aplicaciones tópicas de ácido retinoico producen los resultados deseados en la piel indefinidamente siempre y cuando los tratamientos y las aplicaciones sean continuos.
