Abstract
Двухканальная система сбора газа для сбора горячего газа в процессе электролиза, производящего алюминий, в ячейке типа Холла-Эру, содержащей каналы (20, 30) всасывания с обработкой электролитической ванны (PTS) с дымовыми трубами (25, 35), имеющими отверстия (25', 35') для сбора газа из внутренней части газового кожуха ячейки. Каналы (20, 30) PTS расположены в надстройке ячейки за пределами упомянутого газового кожуха ячейки. Внутри газового кожуха ячейки, который может быть термически изолирован, расположен канал (10) системы распределенного всасывания электролитической ванны (DPS), который проходит вдоль расположения кожуха, при этом канал (10) обеспечивается по меньшей мере одним колпаком (11) для сбора газа. Inside the gas casing of the cell, which can be thermally insulated, there is a channel (10) of the electrolytic cell distributed suction system (DPS), which runs along the location of the casing, while the channel (10) is provided by at least one cap (11) for collecting gas. The invention also relates to a method for two-channel collection of hot gases from an electrolysis process producing aluminum in a Hall-Héroult cell, where the gas is collected by means of a plurality of gas collection hoods (11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16) arranged in common channel (10) of a distributed electrolytic cell suction system (DPS), wherein the channel is changed in such a way that the suction rate is essentially the same on each of the caps along the channel. In accordance with the invention, a flue gas with a more concentrated CO2 carbon dioxide content compared to what is today standard procedure in the aluminum industry can be emitted from the cell by means of an electrolytic cell distributed suction system (DPS). In one embodiment of the invention, the hood of the DPS system can be integrated with the core (4) of the crust breaker, and the feeder for feeding the raw material is integrated with the cell.
