Abstract
Способ термообработки стальной проволоки включает в себя известные этапы разматывания стальной проволоки со скоростью подачи проволоки, направления стальной проволоки через секцию нагрева, содержащую одну или несколько индукционных катушек, охлаждения и наматывания стальной проволоки на барабан. В частности, в отношении указанного способа следует отметить, что в секцию нагрева нагнетается защитный газ с расходом, который зависит от скорости проволоки. Авторы изобретения установили, что расход защитного газа должен уменьшаться с увеличением скорости. Защитный газ не нагнетается в секцию нагрева, когда линия движется с рабочей скоростью. Это ведет к уменьшенному расходу защитного газа. При необходимости замены приемного и размоточного барабанов, и когда линия должна двигаться с низкой скоростью, расход защитного газа увеличивается. Настоящее изобретение позволяет регулировать тип и уровень оксидов, образующихся на проволоке. Изобретение также относится к устройству, внедряющему способ, в котором расход защитного газа зависит от скорости проволоки, движущейся через систему управления.
