Abstract

Изобретение относится к сфере упаковки и предназначено для фасовки сыпучих грузов в контейнеры упаковочной машины. Наполняющий модуль (1) упаковочной машины (100) для фасовки сыпучих материалов (50) по тарам (60) и упаковочная машина с наполняющим модулем (1), включающим в себя конвейерное устройство (2), с помощью которого сыпучие материалы (50), загружаемые на тару (60), могут транспортироваться, и устройство управления (3), которое предназначено для управления потоком наполнения (4) в таре (60). Предусмотрено сенсорное устройство уровня наполнения (5) с датчиком (6), который предназначен для распознавания первого уровня наполнения (7) и второго уровня наполнения (8) сыпучего материала (50) в таре (60), при этом первый уровень (7) соответствует более низкому уровню наполнения, чем второй уровень (8). Устройство управления (3) регулирует поток наполнения (4) на основе уровней наполнения, определенных датчиком (6). Способ согласно изобретения предусматривает заполнение тары (60) до тех пор, пока не будет распознан второй уровень наполнения (8). Затем поток наполнения (4) уменьшается до тех пор, пока не будет распознан первый уровень заполнения (7). Затем поток наполнения (4) увеличивается.
