Abstract
Настоящее изобретение в целом относится к воздушным фильтрам и воздухоочистителям и, в частности, к фильтру для очистки воздуха, содержащему усовершенствованный органический гель, при этом раскрыт фильтрующий картридж (1) UGMA, содержащий нанопористую текстуру (11) на органическом геле (3) в губчатом остове, диаметры пор которой распределены случайным образом, случайным образом распределенный в губчатом остове органический гель (3) в качестве средства удержания микроорганизмов, образованного слоем, покрывающим внутренние поверхности губчатого остова, содержащего случайным образом распределенные поры с размером, выбранным в диапазоне от 0,5 до 2,5 мм в соответствии с потребностями, каналы (9) для впуска воздуха, обеспечивающие возможность прохождения воздуха в фильтрующий картридж (1) UGMA с сэндвичной структурой, каналы (10) для воздушного потока, обеспечивающие возможность удержания порами микробиологической нагрузки размером менее 0,1 мкм, и при этом воздух обдувает нанопоры, генерируя в них турбулентность. Настоящее изобретение также включает способ получения фильтра UGMA.
