Abstract

Способ обезжиривания отходов бурения скважин содержит отделение бурового шлама от бурового раствора, выгрузку бурового шлама в шламовый амбар, химико-технологическую обработку шлама до получения композиционной смеси, включающей в том числе гуминоминеральный компонент, монтаж разделителей бурового шлама, представляющих собой металлическую арматуру в виде ячеек без дна, расположенных и закрепленных, по крайней мере, по их верху, выгрузку бурового шлама внутрь сформированных ячеек с наполнением каждой на 80% по объему. Химико-технологическую обработку ведут порционно - отдельно в каждой из ячеек при постоянном перемешивании. Количество гуминоминерального компонента вводят из расчета 3-5% от общего количества бурового шлама и перемешивают в пределах 30-60 мин. Контролируют значимые параметры до достижения значений ниже предельно допустимых концентраций. Освобождают амбар от арматуры, добавляют грунт с восстанавливаемых территорий. Устройство обезвреживания отходов бурения скважин содержит разделители в виде металлической арматуры для монтажа внутри шламового амбара в структуру с вертикально ориентированными ячейками без дна, металлическую решетку, установленную поверх арматуры. На решетке выполнены направляющие в виде рельсов с перемещаемой по ним рабочей площадкой. Решетка имеет место для оператора и выполнена с возможностью размещения реагентов и оборудования для перемешивания бурового шлама. Использование заявленной группы изобретений обеспечивает повышение качества обезвреженного бурового шлама.The method for degreasing well drilling waste comprises separating drill cuttings from drilling mud, unloading drill cuttings into a sludge pit, chemical-technological processing of cuttings to obtain a composite mixture, including a huminomineral component, installation of cuttings separators, which are metal fittings in the form of cells without bottom, located and fixed, at least along their top, unloading drill cuttings inside the formed cells, each filling 80% by volume. Chemical-technological processing is carried out in portions - separately in each of the cells with constant stirring. The amount of huminomineral component is introduced at the rate of 3-5% of the total amount of drill cuttings and mixed within 30-60 minutes. Significant parameters are monitored until values are reached below the maximum permissible concentrations. They free the barn from the reinforcement, add soil from the restored territories. The device for disposal of well drilling waste contains separators in the form of metal fittings for installation inside a sludge pit in a structure with vertically oriented cells without a bottom, a metal grid installed over the fittings. On the lattice there are guides in the form of rails with a working platform movable along them. The grid has a place for the operator and is made with the possibility of placing reagents and equipment for mixing drill cuttings. The use of the claimed group of inventions provides an improvement in the quality of neutralized drill cuttings.
