Abstract
Изобретение относится к экструзионному ДПК-профилю (1) с ДПК-материалом, у которого растительные волокна заделаны в полимерную матрицу, причем ДНК-материал имеет содержание природных растительных волокон от 30 до 75 вес.%, и экструзионный ДПК-профиль (1) содержит по меньшей мере одну полую камеру (3, 6), заполненную пеной, отличающемуся тем, что указанная по меньшей мере одна полая камера (6) экструзионного ДПК-профиля (1) полностью заполнена пеной (3), в частности пеной (3) с закрытыми порами, и пена (3) содержит полимер того же типа, что и матрица ДПК-материала, или состоит из него, и тем, что вспенивание осуществляется с помощью вспенивающего агента физического действия, в частности CO2, и плотность пены (3) составляет менее 0,4 г/см3, а средний размер ячеек пены (3) таков, что средний диаметр меньше 0,4 мм. Изобретение относится также к устройству экструзии и способу экструзии.
