Abstract
Описана линия (10) флотации для обработки частиц минеральной руды, взвешенных в пульпе. Линия (10) флотации содержит часть (11) грубой флотации с по меньшей мере одной камерой (111a, 111b) грубой флотации, из которой верхний продукт протекает непосредственно в линию перечистной флотации, и часть (12) контрольной флотации с по меньшей мере двумя камерами (112a, 112b) контрольной флотации, из которых обеспечена возможность протекания верхнего продукта обратно в камеру (111a, 111b) грубой флотации или на стадию (91) доизмельчения, а затем в линию перечистной флотации. Обеспечена возможность удаления нижнего продукта последней камеры контрольной флотации из линии (10) флотации в качестве хвостов. По меньшей мере 75% флотационных камер содержат механическую мешалку (70), содержащую систему для введения флотационного газа во флотационную камеру. Флотационные камеры соединены последовательно и расположены проточно сообщающимися друг с другом. Последующая флотационная камера предназначена для приема нижнего продукта из предыдущей флотационной камеры. По меньшей мере одна из флотационных камер линии флотации, содержащая механическую мешалку (70), содержит генератор (60) микропузырьков для введения микропузырьков в пульпу.
