Изобретение относится к медицине и медицинской технике и предназначено для переработки фекального донорского материала в готовый для трансплантации реципиенту препарат фекальной микробиоты, которая применяется для лечебного или профилактического воздействия на организм человека, либо для замещения или коррекции функций органов и систем организма. Использование изобретения позволит получать из донорского фекального материала образцы микробиоты различного состава и консистенции в герметичных, анаэробных условиях с самого начала процесса, с минимальным участием персонала и максимальным сокращением контакта всех участников процедуры трансплантации со специфическим запахом подготовленного материала при любом способе ввода микробиоты.The invention relates to medicine and medical technology and is intended for processing fecal donor material into a fecal microbiota preparation ready for transplantation to a recipient, which is used for therapeutic or prophylactic effects on the human body, or for replacing or correcting the functions of organs and body systems.
