Abstract
Представлена шахтная печь, прежде всего доменная печь, включающая в себя металлический кожух (11), задающий внешнюю стену печи, защитный слой, защищающий внутреннюю поверхность внешней стены, и по меньшей мере один зонд (24) мониторинга состояния, расположенный внутри внешней стены и в пределах защитного слоя для мониторинга его состояния. Зонд мониторинга состояния соединен с модулем (62) беспроводной передачи, расположенным за пределами внешней стены для передачи данных мониторинга состояния. Модуль (62) беспроводной передачи расположен внутри короба (38), установленного на внешней поверхности металлического кожуха (11). Зонд (24) мониторинга состояния включает в себя несколько токопроводящих контуров (28), расположенных на предварительно заданных заглублениях (d1, d2, d3) под передней плоскостью корпуса или огнеупорной футеровкой так, что по изменению электрической характеристики контура(ов) вследствие истирания может быть обнаружен износ корпуса (12), соответственно огнеупорных материалов.
